Perfect location for a short walk to the beach. Great pool. Pool patio needs a little work. Comfortable beds, could use a better couch for lounging. Great stay overall, would go back for sure!

Beautiful home, 2-3 minute short walk to Bean Point!

We had an amazing time even with the tropical storm effects! The team was very communicative leading up to our stay l, providing real time weather and recommendations and answering all of our questions. The house is beautiful! The kids loved the ping pong table and the pool was awesome!! The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen table was a great gathering place. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Great place, awesome location!

We have a wonderful time at Feelin Salty! The house was super clean, in a great location that was close to the beach, close to the trolly and restaurants, but away from all the noise. The kids had a great time in the pool and hot tub and a very important bonus…washer and dryer!!!

Great experience

We booked this stay last minute for four days during the week, and we were delighted with every aspect of the property. The pool and hot tub were well kept, the building was in great shape, in the location was amazing. We were close enough to the small shops, the beach, and piers to walk almost everywhere and the property had all the amenities we needed. We would definitely stay at this rental again in the future

Best Week Ever

My friends and I can’t stop talking about the week we spent at Feelin Salty. The property is so beautiful, the decor is so cute, and the owners communicated with us throughout the whole trip. Highly recommend booking this house for your next getaway!

Coastal and Cozy

Our stay was comfortable. Clean rooms the only dirty area was the dingy couch in the living area it was itchy and stained. Other than that everything else was amazing; the pool was beautiful! Love that it was so close to the beach and house came equipped with all essentials for a day at the beach!

Cute house, great location

Husband and I stayed with another couple to celebrate a milestone birthday. House is really cute, updated and clean. It's very tiny. It worked for us but not sure I would want to stay here with more than 4 people. Living area only seats 2. No closets in bedrooms, just a shared hall closet for all 3 bedrooms. Loved the pool area, and the neighborhood was great, walkable to Pine St. We enjoyed our stay!

The BEST place I have ever stayed!

I decided to rent Feelin’ Salty after losing my beloved husband of 32 years, in January 2021. For the past 5 years he had been very ill, and I was his loving caregiver to the end. I needed to come to a place that was beautiful, peaceful, and had salt water and sand. The accommodations were perfect, including the beautiful house, well equipped kitchen, proximity to the most beautiful beach I have ever seen, an awesome heated pool and spa. Everything that we needed, was provided, and made our stay truly heavenly. The restaurants and shopping in Anna Maria are wonderful, and I will definitely come back!

Great location

Very cute house. Great location-quiet. Two issues- with day temps reaching the 90s- the house couldn’t cool below 76. Quick response with AC unit for back master suite(room temp 80s before extra unit placed) & 2 fans for LR/BR#2. LOVE pool- yet had used juice pacet/kids red hair dye piece/lots leaves floating about. Ping pong great. The pool alarm would surely make any parent feel safe as it is very loud and quick to alarm. Overall great stay.

Perfect Location- beautiful, clean home and pool

Perfect location for Bean Point- 5 min walk. Home was very clean and welcoming. Beautiful pool. Everything you need for cooking- needed salt/pepper hoped it was there but none provided. Check in was kind of a pain- the terms and conditions needed to be signed for door access code, and it was sent to spam in email therefore causing a major delay in check-in. We very much enjoyed our stay, and recommended to many friends looking for a beach getaway.

Beautiful Pool & Spa

This house has been recently updated and is awesome. My family thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We were within walking distance of both piers and the beach. Would like to go back soon.

Perfection

This was a perfect spot for us! Great location in quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to Bean Point and the Rod and Reel. We loved the hot tub and pool. Didn’t see washer dryer on the listing so that was a nice surprise!

Family-friendly beach house near Bean Point.

Within walking distance to Bean Point, which has the best sand and sunset views. Conveniently located in a clean, safe, quiet neighborhood within close proximity to restaurants, and shopping down the road. Very close to one of the best restaurants on the island— “The Waterfront.” Well equipped kitchen, very spacious and tastefully decorated. The beds were very comfortable and we loved having a small tv in the kids room. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The umbrellas in the pool were especially nice! We used the hose on the side of the house to rinse off after being at the beach. The WiFi was good throughout the house and in the pool area. There were plenty of beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach wagon for us to use. The property management group, AMILocals, was very easy to work with and very responsive to all of our questions. The check in and checkout process was very easy and done via text. We would highly recommend the “Feelin’ Salty” property and will likely stay here again!

Beautiful beach home

Our family of six had a lovely time here at Feelin Salty. The home is tastefully remodeled and the pool area is so nice! We loved the short walks to the beach! All the kids wanted to share the cute little bunk bed room. We had to snuggle close on the one couch for movies at night, and the kids also loved having the TV in their room. A few things had not arrived on time for us to use, such as a beach buggy, so they nicely dropped one off for us to use! Property management was kind and prompt. Thank you!

I loved this home. It was the perfect size for our family. We let each of our kids bring a friend on our holiday this year and this house was great! Our oldest and her friend had a room to themselves and then the bunk room was perfect for our boys and their friends. The kids had a great time with the ping pong table and hook game out front. The pool area is much more spacious than I expected, nice lounge furniture and plenty of sun! There is a pool bathroom which was nice for not tracking water through the house. The house itself was very nicely done. The kitchen/living/dining area is nice and open and feels very big. We did not once feel cramped even with the 6 kids we had with us. Very quite street and very close to the downtown area with shopping and restaurants. We had AMI Locals Concierge department help us reserve bikes and a golf cart so we did not get in the car once during our trip. Would highly recommend both the house and AMI Locals Management company they were great.
