Luxury Mountainside Condo w/Amazing Views - Steps to Lifts!
Black Bear Lodge is a coveted mountainside getaway at the base of Mt. Crested Butte. Enjoy ski-in/walk-out access to West Wall & Peachtree lifts! Just steps to ski/board, hike & bike. Our newly renovated condo sleeps 5 people total, with 2-master suites + sofa bed AND 3 full baths. Enjoy incredible, unobstructed views of the surrounding mountains from our private balcony! We have a fully stocked kitchen to make great breakfasts & dinners and bake your favorite treats. The den/office is redecorated with a desk, TV & a comfy loveseat sofa. There's a gas fireplace, in-unit washer/dryer, jacuzzi tub in Master bath, free WIFI and Samsung SmartTV w/cable & Chromecast...you may never want to leave this mountain paradise!
Our kitchen and 3-full bathrooms were recently renovated with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, ceramic tile etc..
Located just a short walk to the Peach Tree and West Wall lifts. We also have a common lounge/lobby area, ski lockers, heated-covered parking garage for 2 vehicles, outdoor hot tub and gas grill.
There is a Queen in the master bedroom with attached full bath, Queen in the guest bedroom with attached full bath, plus a sofa bed in the living room. The 3rd full bath is located in the hallway. You can also enjoy our den/office room with comfy loveseat, TV and desk - Rest, relax, listen to music, watch TV or enjoy a lux spot to work.
**PLEASE NOTE** our home is designed for adults or a small family with older children. We are not currently set up with infant or small children accommodations/amenities.
Crested Butte was voted 'Best Ski Town in North America' by Powder Magazine, and for good reason. Incredibly diverse terrain coupled with generally very low on-mountain traffic make Crested Butte ideal for anyone from families to extreme skiers. Catch the Mountain Express Shuttle every 15 minutes to ride down to the historic town of Crested Butte. This former mining town has become a beacon for tasty cuisine and outstanding clothing / souvenir shopping. It's laid back, eclectic atmosphere makes this town a one of a kind jewel in the Rockies.

Why they chose this property
This is the only mountain town in CO (so far) that makes me sad to leave. I can not wait to get back every time. This is truly a special place in my heart.
What makes this property unique
I can't stop staring at our views. Whether it's sunrise, sunset or watching a storm roll in...I'm absolutely mesmerized by this view. The mountains have always felt so grounding to me but also mysterious. I can't explain it. I'm just eager to share this experience with you. I hope you love it as much as I do.
