Secured building with 24 hour concierge. Rooftop garden with BBQ grills and a party room on 2nd floor. It is absolutely right next to OHSU outpatient campus with aerial tram linking to hospital campus on the hills. Streetcar on site linking to entire city with a short ride. Scenic waterfront trail on site offers great outdoor walking and biking activities.
