Gutes, großes, sauberes Refugium umgeben von städtischem Leben

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung, ihrer Ausstattung und Sauberkeit. Leider war es nachts im oberen Zimmer etwas laut bei offenem Fenster, da Werft, Fischhalle und v.a. Möwen unseren Schlaf begleiteten. Nur einen Fußmarsch entfernt war die kleine Fähre zur Ville Close, was wir etliche Male nutzten. Wer etwas ländliche Ruhe sucht, ist hier nicht richtig: viel Autoverkehr umbrauste unseren Häuserwinkel. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war exzellent, alle Besonderheiten der Wohnung und die Mülltrennung zeigte er ausführlich, er brachte uns sogar auf Nachfrage noch einen zweiten Schlüssel für die Wohnung vorbei.

Bezaubernde Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet und die Küche ist außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet mit allem was man sich nur denken kann. Alles ist neu und hochwertig und genauso wie auf den Bildern. Sie liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet mit ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten. Man geht drei Minuten zum Hafen und alle 5 Minuten fährt eine kleine Fähre für 1€ pro Person zum Zentrum von Concarneau. Die Betreuung durch Anne war sehr gut und persönlich. Schade war lediglich, dass trotz kalter Tage auf unsere Bitte die Heizung nicht eingeschaltet war und auch nicht wurde. Wir würden in jedem Fall wieder kommen.

trés agréable sejour

Très bel appartement avec une terrasse spacieuse . Notre séjour nous a beaucoup plu et sur les conseils du propriétaire , nous avons pu découvrir de magnifiques plages .

Très belle location

Très beau triplex rénové avec goût, situé dans un quartier très calme de Concarneau. A 10 min à pied + bac de la ville close Un accueil très convivial, des propriétaires à l'écoute.
