Ideal location for skiing -- located just a few minutes drive from Little Cottonwood (Alta, Snowbird) and Big Cottonwood (Brighton, Solitude) Canyons, and just 15 minutes from Parleys Canyon (Park City, Deer Valley). It's the perfect place to relax after a day in the mountains. Quiet neighborhood next to Willow Creek golf course.

I grew up in this neighborhood and love it here! I have lived in other states and even countries and have come back because the access to the outdoors is unbeatable. It is such a beautiful area with great activities available year round.
What makes this property unique
It is in a quiet neighborhood but close to the canyons. It is very safe and easy to walk around in (with parks nearby), but within less than half an hour you can be at multiple ski resorts, Park City, or in downtown Salt Lake City.
