There is a mandatory CITY OF INDIAN WELLS TRANSIENT OCCUPANCY TAX (13.25%) that will be collected in addition to the nightly rate and cleaning.

Community pool is open and there is volleyball, tetherball and large grass areas for Bocce ball and games.
