Located on the first floor, this lovely studio, fully refurbished and tastefully decorated, features a large south-facing balcony, as well as a splendid view over the historic city of Briançon. A little "mountain corner" has been fitted to sleep up to 4 people. With its fitted kitchen and refurbished bathroom, this holiday home will appeal to those in search of comfort, proximity to the slopes and the activities of the city.

All our holiday rentals are managed by our team of local property experts based at our SCI agency in Chantemerle. They will be available throughout your stay and will organise your arrival, key collection and welcome you in your accommodation, the inspection, the tenancy agreement, as well as all the paperwork before you leave.
To help you enjoy your holiday, we also offer A la carte services and a whole range of services to save time: bed linen and towel hire, highchairs and cots, housework, pre-booking for ski passes and activities at the resort.

Double sheet rental delivered in the apartment : 33.0 €.
Towel kit rental delivered in the apartment : 13.0 €.
