Sehr schöne Wohnung, aber temporär kaltes Wasser
Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig, neuwertig eingerichtet und definitiv zu empfehlen. Einziges Manko: etwas hellhörig. Aufgrund einer anstehenden Reparatur hatten wir kein warmes Wasser, was aber bald behoben werden soll. Kundenservice sehr schnell und hilfreich (10% Gutschrift). Auf jeden Fall die auf der Eingangstür beworbene App verwenden, welche gute Rabatte in der Region bietet.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, zweckmässig eingerichtet, verfügt über ein grosse Schlafzimmer wie auch ein grossen Balkon. Tiefgaragenplatz war angenehm, so dass das Parkplatz suchen entfällt. Abend teilweise kaum noch warmes Wasser, Zusatzbett quietschte unangenehm, wenn man sich im Bett bewegte

Kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: einen kurzen Zettel mit Hinweisen, die genau die Wohnung betreffen: wie genau wähle ich die Programme beim Fernseher aus, wo muss der Müll hin( man braucht blaue Säcke, als nicht Schweizerin wußte ich das nicht). Die angekündigte Waschmaschine habe ich auch nicht gefunden, brauchte sie aber auch nicht.

Wir waren enttäuscht.
Die Unterkunft ist so wie beschrieben. Doch leider mussten wir einige Mängel vor Ort feststellen. Die Wohnung ist schlicht, lieblos und sehr billig eingerichtet. Da wir täglich selber kochten, fehlte es an diversen Koch-Utensilien wie zB: Eierbecher, Salatschüssel, Schöpfkelle, einigermassen qualitativ gute Pfannen, grosse Essteller usw. Was uns aber am allermeisten störte, war dass wir das Gefühl hatten, die Bettwäsche sei nicht frisch gewaschen!!! Stank wie ein feuchter Waschlappen.

Modern, sauber, ruhig.
Tolle Wohnung, sauber, moderne Ausstattung, tolle Küche, schönes Bad, grosser Balkon, wir waren sehr zufrieden. Bloss zwei kleinere Mängel, welche unseren Ferien aber keinen Dämpfer auferlegen vermochten: Der Abfluss der Badewanne war nicht ganz durchgängig, so dass man nach dem Duschen knöcheltief im Wasser stand. Und der Lattenrost im einzelnen Bett knirschte fürchterlich, so dass unsere Tochter bei jedem sich Drehen erwachte. Wurde schon gemeldet.

Bel appartement, sobre et épuré, grand balcon. Très propre. Manque quelques ustensiles de cuisine pour le quotidien (le couteau éplucheur n’est pas aiguisé). Le nom d’utilisateur du wifi indiqué ne correspond pas et nous n’avons donc pas pu nous connecter. Les matelas du lit pourraient être changés car très mou et pas confortable. Parking voiture souterrain très pratique et une distance raisonnable à pied du centre de Locarno

Ottima ubicazione rispetto al centro (10 min a piedi) e comodissimo il posto auto in garage proprio di fronte all'ascensore L'appartamento e' moderno e pulito, la cucina molto ben attrezzata e con molto spazio per riporre oggetti.
