In the house: reception, lounge, lift, roof terrace, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Public parking 100 m on the road extra. Shop 1.1 km, grocery 1.1 km, restaurant, café 80 m, 15 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Linie 3 + 4" 50 m, railway station "Locarno SBB-CFF" 3 km, outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool 50 m, thermal baths "Termali & Salini" 80 m, public bathing area 50 m. Locarno Apartment
The property's lawn and garden area were kept very tidy, the apartment was very clean, and it served our needs for the week. We spent a lot of time sight seeing, so we didn't spend too much time lounging at the apartment. I would rent it, again, when coming back to Locarno! The Interhome team was exceptionally kind, as well. A top notch experience!

Me hospedé en este pequeño y muy cómodo apartamento en Locarno, frente al Lido. Excelente ubicación. El servicio, la limpieza, el orden y la calidad de las cosas era tal cual lo descripto en el sitio de alquiler. Estoy muy contento. Lugar ideal para unas vacaciones solo o en pareja. Tiene un jardín en la planta baja muy bien cuidado. Es silencioso y limpio. Volveré sin lugar a dudas. Diría que solo falta WIFI para que sea perfecto. Gracias.

Wir waren zu zweit eine Woche in dieser Wohnung. War alles super, das Bett hat gequitsch jedesmal wenn man sich ein bisschen bewegte. Gekocht haben wir nie, die Küche ist schon sehr klein. Wir sind jeden Abend gemütlich nach vorne zu den Restaurants spaziert. Wir brauchten ca 10-15 Minuten.

Seit vielen Jahren verbringen wir unsere Ferien in dem Objekt und sind sehr zufrieden. Negativ ist, dass man in der Wohnung kein W-LAN hat. Die Verkehrsanbindungen sind sehr gut, alle 30 Min. verkehrt der Stadtbus, der fast vor dem Haus hält. Leider bekommt man nicht das Ticino-Ticket oder andere Vergünstigungen für die Verkehrsmittel. Mit dem Auto gibt es Schleichwege über Gudo, kennt jetzt auch fast jeder Navi. Hier ist die Politik gefragt für ein preisgünstiges Ticket in der Region

Seit über 10 Jahren nutzen wir jedes Jahr diese Unterkunft. Es ist eine einfache Unterkunft, hat alles außer W-Lan, was man so benötigt.Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Leider hört Frau K., die uns in allen Fällen sehr gut betreut hat in diesem Jahr auf. Wir würden gern für 2020 bereits buchen, geht leider nicht, weil nicht bekannt ist, ob 2020 die einzelnen Wohnungen in diesem Objekt noch zur Verfügubg stehen.. Wir hoffen daß es 2020 weiter geht und würden sofort buchen

Ideale Lage gleich gegenüber vom Lido. Studio einfach eingerichtet aber es hat alles was man braucht. Bad/Dusche modern und sauber. Küche klein aber zweckmässig. Schöne ruhige Lage am WE und Feiertage sonst zur Zeit Grossbaustelle in der Nähe !

Freundlich, praktisch und gut gelegen
Wir waren zum vierten Mal in diesem Haus und zum ersten Mal in dem Apartment. Es ist nicht groß, aber (insbesondere in der Küche) sehr gut ausgestattet und hat (im März) Morgensonne. Empfang und Service waren wie immer herzlich, sehr umsichtig und unkompliziert. Zu Fuß ist man in reichlich 15 Minuten am Bahnhof (leider gibt es seit Eröffnung des Gotthard-Basistunnels keine direkte Fernverkehrsanbindung mehr). Die Lage ist ruhig, der Blick von der großen Dachterrasse grandios. Insgesamt können wir die Wohnung nur empfehlen (und hoffen, dass sie auch für uns dann noch frei ist).
