Die Wohnung hat meine Erwartungen total erfüllt.Alles Nötige war vorhanden. War sauber und ruhig. Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch Frau F.Sehr entgegenkommend auch bez.Anreisezeit. Zudem gute Tipps bez.Ausflüge usw.erhalten.Als Gast fühlte ich mich rundum wohl.Ein grosses Danke. Hans P.S.O

Zweckmässige, gut gelegene Unterkunft
Gut mit ÖV erreichbar. Badezimmer kann man nicht gut lüften und die Sitzbadewanne ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Eine Dusche wäre vorteilhafter. Schöner grosser Balkon mit Abendsonne. Betten sind bequem und in die Wohnwand integriert, können hochgeklappt werden. Leider hat es keinen Wasserkocher und keine Kaffeemaschine nur eine mit Filter, die sich aber nicht lohnt, wenn nur eine Person Kaffee trinkt. Es gibt Eintrittskarten für das Bad lido Ascona. Wlan vorhanden.

Une semaine à Ascona
Nous avons séjourné une semaine à Ascona dans un petit appartement fonctionnel avec un joli balcon, situé dans une rue calme. L'appartement est muni de tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner seul bémol,nous avons trouvé dommage qu'il n'y aie pas de four sinon cuisine avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner et séparée de la chambre ce qui est bien agréable. Ascona est une belle région. L'appartement est idéalement situé afin de se déplacer à pieds ou en transport public. Receptionniste sympathique.

Badezimmer
das Bad sollte die kleine sitz-Badewanne durch eine Duschkabine ersetzt werden wie in der Wohnung 205. das Neue Bett und dem zusätzlichen klein Sofa ist sehr gut. da es im Sommer sehr heiss ist, wäre ein Ventilator nicht schlecht. .. Schwachpunkt Schlüsselübergabe um 16.00, da ich früh anreise (Gotthardpass) ist es eine zu lange Wartezeit. 14.00 wäre perfekt.

Très bon qualité prix , accueil chaleureux et professionnelle , il serait bien de rappeler à tous arrivée une certaine heure (23h ) de respecter un certain silence surtout sur les balcons surtout l'été avec les fenêtres ouvertes .

Die Wohnung ist für eine Person ok, ist sauber und es hat fast alles wo man braucht. Schade hat es keine Espressomaschine, nehme die von zuhause mit. Mängel: Duschkopf Halterung lottert, muss angezogen werden. Wäscheständer bitte ersetzen, ist uralt. .. es ist schade das man den Wohnungsschlüssel erst um punkt 16.00 Uhr bekommt. Da ich früh losfahren muss wegen Gotthardstau wäre es schön wenn man den Schlüssel um 13.00 bekommen könnte. Vielleicht kann man da ja was Organisieren, habe wieder fürs 2019 gebucht.

Gut gelegen, aber hellhörig
Die Ferienwohnung liegt nahe des Sees, Einkaufsgelegenheit und Bushaltestelle sind in der Nähe, sie ist günstig, zweckmäßig ausgestattet und eingerichtet. Das Mobiliar ist teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es gibt kostenloses WLAN im Haus. Die Dachterrasse geht nach Osten raus, lädt zum Frühstücken ein, es gibt aber nur 2 Tische. Leider ist das Haus sehr hellhörig, Nachbarn von allen Seiten sind gut zu hören, täglich kam die Müllabfuhr morgens um 7 Uhr mit lautem Gerumpel, es fanden Renovierungsarbeiten im Haus statt - Fazit: wenig Schlaf für Leute, die keinen festen Schlaf besitzen. Ascona selbst und Tessin - echt Spitze!
