About this property

The rental is off of Salazar Rd, it's 1000 square feet, southwestern style, and sits on approximately .500 an acre. There is a big spacious backyard and plenty of parking space. The rental is built of Rastra Block, which is an insulated concrete block, it helps to keep the rental warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The bedrooms have skylights, it makes it nice, if you enjoy seeing the stars before falling asleep or if you prefer you can close the blinds it keeps it nice and dark. NEW: King Bed. The bedrooms have ceiling fans, the fans have 3 speeds. You'll enjoy the radiant heat that keep the floor so nice and warm. you'll love the beautiful stained turquoise floors. You can also enjoy a cozy fire sitting around the Kiva Fireplace. We supply a bundle of wood for our guests. The walls are made of diamond finish. The sofa's are very comfortable! In back of the property there is a road named Hatchery Rd that can be used for walking your dog. The pet fee is 45.00 per pet. WIFI, Fiber Otic.

Lovely spot

Beautiful southwestern home. Roomy and comfy. Great location minutes from the Plaza and good eats. Great yard; perfect for morning coffee and evening drinks. Had a really nice time and would certainly go back for seconds.

Cozy & comfortable

Cozy property with everything you need. Loved the kiva fireplace and comfortable beds and linens. Easy walk or drive to Taos plaza. On a slightly busy street but I couldn’t hear noise in the bedrooms. The kitchen is small but has the basics. Nice property manager

Nice place, great manager

It was a nice place with a large yard; not all of it is fenced but a good open space for a dog, if applicable. The owner/manager was really responsive and available for assistance if needed.

Great stay close to town

A perfect base for our ski vacation in Taos. We enjoyed the fireplace, heated floors and comfortable decor. The property was a close drive to everything in Taos and had everything we could need. The personal touches provided by the owner were great as well.

Girls Getaway

Perfect spot for visiting Taos with a friend. Close to everything. We visited in the fall and loved walking the neighborhood amidst golden leaves. Host provided thoughtful touches. Enjoyed!

Short & Sweet

Our visit was only for two nights but we made the most of it. Our rental was very comfortable. Loved the size of the yard, privacy, parking and location, location, location :-) Kitchen is on the small size but we had planned breakfast only, a late lunch out and snacks in the evening while enjoying TV and Netflix provided. Rental was spotless. Lounging on the very comfortable sofas in the evening added to our enjoyment. Taos fall colors were amazing!!

Taos Time

Our stay in Taos was a great VRBO experience. The property was clean, comfortable and convenient. The location was a very short walk from the Taos Plaza, the shops, restaurant, etc. The property owner was on point with communication before, during and after our stay. I highly recommend a stay here. We will be back.

A GREAT CASITA

The house is easy to locate and ivery convienient to a grocery store and restaurants. The house is well maintained and has some cool furnshings with area guides to attractions and restaurants. The yard is a nice addition to the property. Zenda ia a great host and very helpful for information. Chick in and out is a breeze. We are already planning a return trip in the Spring and hope to stay at the casita again. I highly recommend this property.

Great location!

The house is cute and clean and close to everything we wanted to do. We walked to the plaza to eat and drove to the forest to hike with our dogs. Easy check-in and the host is very helpful.

Week of hiking in Taos from Zenda's

We had a wonderful week at Zenda's place the first week of July. Zenda was great, and the house was perfect for parents and two adult children for a week of day hikes. The house is gorgeous, and we especially appreciated all the special extras that make it feel like home. Post-hike, it was great to be able to walk out to dinner every night -- pizzas/salads at Taos Mesa Brewing's Taproom were five-star favorites, but get there early so you can sit on the patio!

This is a convenient location to walk to shopping and dining. Communication with the property manager was very easy and helpful. Delightful Taos Property

So happy we found this place for our overnight in Taos! It is within walking distance of the Taos Plaza and Historic District. The home is super clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. On-site parking a plus. A thoughtful owner who texted us shortly after we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed for a nice stay. She also left a wonderful goodie basket and delicious pastries for the next morning. Would definitely stay here again!

Just as described and clean and comfortable. Kitchen is a little cramped, but we just needed a place to make breakfast, etc so it was fine. Beds comfy. Nicely decorated and clearly the hosts take pride in offering a great stay. Thanks so much!

Fantastic Taos House

This house was so clean, easy to find and perfect for walking into town. This house was also dog friendly and highly recommend future dog owners to stay here. The house was stocked with everything and the fireplace was a plus.

Why they chose this property

Why this property is a great stay, is because it's easy access to all the stores and shops at the historic plaza and all other types of shopping. Smith's grocery store is right around the corner from the property, the laundromat is across from Smith's. You are in a residential area but within walking distance to the historic Taos, plaza. It's cozy and comfortable, has everything you need for cooking a nice meal. In the summer you can sit outside in the backyard, relax and have a cookout.
