Black Bear community is just across the street from Silver Lake Lodge, so it's a quick walk to the lifts, restaurants and shops!
This home features 1,347 square feet, two bedrooms, three bathrooms, and can easily accommodate up to eight guests.
Entering this condo through the front door and foyer, you will step directly into the great room that holds the living room, kitchen and dining areas — all offering a mountain lodge look and feel.
Living Room: The living room features comfortable mountain contemporary furnishings including a sleeper sofa, a Smart TV, and a cozy gas fireplace with a gorgeous river rock front. The adjacent deck is perfect to take in some mountain air and gorgeous views. The deck also offers a private hot tub for your enjoyment.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen space offers stainless appliances and plenty of counter space. The cozy kitchen bar with seating for two is a great spot for a snack.
Dining Room: Seating for up to six guests.
