Grocery, supermarket 100 m, restaurant, bus stop 50 m, railway station "Friedrichshafen" 7 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km, indoor swimming pool 4 km, public bathing area 4 km. Nearby attractions: Abenteuerpark Immenstaad, Pfahlbauten Uhldingen, Zeppelinmuseum Friedrichshafen, Schloss Salem, Affenberg. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Bodensee. Hiking paths: Bodenseegebiet. Please note: car-free holiday complex. The photograph shows a typical example. All houses/apartments are individually designed/furnished. The Ferienwohnpark consists of multi-storey apartment buildings and holiday homes in timber construction with their own green spaces. In the months of July / August, the municipality of Immenstaad offers a comprehensive holiday program for children (extra). PLEASE NOTE: Cats as pets are not allowed.

Das Haus liegt in sehr guter Lage um von dort aus Ausflüge zu planen. Insgesamt schlicht aber sinnvoll eingerichtet. Anders als wir es schon mal gelesen haben, war genug Geschirr da und eine Spülmaschine ebenso.Ein Problem sind die Betten. Im "Kinderzimmer" sind auf engstem Raum 3 Einzelbetten, für Erwachsene nicht gut geeignet. Die Matratzen sind von geringer Qualität. Das Haus hat einen eigenen Parkplatz.Der gesamte Ablauf und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter waren angenehm und absolut gut organisiert.

Schöner Aufenthalt
Schöne und ruhige Anlage (außerhalb der Ferien) Das Haus war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Bei der Beschreibung wurde allerdings eine Waschmaschine angegeben, die im Haus dann leider fehlte.

Hübsches, sehr gepflegtes Feriehaus in schöner Landschaft. Das Städtchen Immenstaad und der Bodensee sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke.

Schöner Urlaub
Gemütlich eingerichtetes Haus, wenn auch ein bisschen alt. Die Betten waren allerdings eher für eine Familie mit Kindern gedacht und nicht für vier Erwachsene (es gab nur ein Doppelbett und drei Einzelbetten, welche auch kürzer waren). Die Küche war sehr gut eingerichtet. Für einen schönen entspannten Urlaub gab es alles, was man benötigt.

Das Haus ist gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Das 2. Schlafzimmer war für unsere Altersgruppe nicht so geeignet. Betten zu niedrig und zu schmal, gefühlt recht unbequem. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über die Spülmaschine. Die Busanbindung zum Ort und zu Ausflugszielen ist gut

Super Urlaub in Immenstaad
Das Ferienhaus war groß und geräumig. In der Küche alle Geräte vorhanden, die man braucht. Die Betten waren groß und bequem. Es war sehr gemütlich mit einer großen Terrasse und davor eine Wiese mit Sonnenliegen. Im Ferienpark fahrradverleih und Supermarkt vorhanden. Wir hatten einen herrlichen Urlaub. Mit der Bodensee Card kann man kostenfrei mit dem Fahrrad Bahn fahren. Alles Top

War alles OK. Das Bad ist etwas zu klein, an den ersten Tagen war es kalt und ich hatte mit der Heizung Probleme. Habe dann die Anleitung im Elektrokasten gefunden.

Schöne Anlage, süsse Häuschen
Verwaltung ist nett, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert, top. Häuser werden von Jahr zu Jahr besser. Kleiner Nachteil, ohne Klimaanlage im Sommer sehr warm im Haus.

Schöne Ferien
Wir haben wunderschöne Tage hier verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch unser Dackel hat sich "Dackelwohl" gefühlt. Gerne kommen wir wieder und machen Werbung für die schöne Anlage. Liebe Grüße Bettina Thiesen
