Single garage. Shop 1 km, grocery 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 1 km, shingle beach 1 km. Tennis 1 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Attention: there is a narrow street between the house and the swimming pool.
