Leider nicht ganz sauber angetroffen und ein paar Schäden, die leider unschön aussehen. In der Badewanne beim ersten Duschen am Boden geklebt mit den Füssen. Sofa ist zu tief, wenn man einfach nur bequem darauf sitzen möchte. Stühle Esstisch sind etwas unbequem auf längere Zeit.

In de info moet vermeld zijn dat de auto niet hoger mag zijn dan 1.52 meter. Wij hebben voor 2 weken een parkeerplaats gehuurd. De slaapbank in de woonkamer is niet comfortabel om op te zitten.

Wir suchten eine Basis für ein paar Tage für Skitouren im Oberengadin. Die Wohnung erwies sich dafür als perfekt: gut ausgerüstet, ruhig und sauber. Wir wussten aus der Vorbereitung, dass die Garage für unser Auto zu klein sein würde. Das war aber kein Problem, denn das Parkhaus Rondo liegt in der Nähe und auf dem Rückweg befindet sich erst noch eine verführerische Bäckerei.

Vista stupenda sulle montagne
Appartamento comodissimo in una posizione strategica. Da segnalare un eccellente Wi-Fi e la pulizia dell’appartamento. Peccato per il materasso non all’altezza (bisognerebbe cambiarlo) e per il parcheggio che va bene per una macchina medio piccola. Due consigli portatevi dei cuscini misura italiana e parcheggiate nel parcheggio pubblico Rondò in centro (costo ragionevole noi abbiamo pagato 140 franchi per 14 giorni con possibilità di entrata e uscita libera)...nel complesso il posto merita!

Mooie plek en omgeving met enige nadelen
Heel goed huis, met mooi en vrij terras en uitstekende keuken, slaapkamer en eethoek. Prima uitvalsbasis voor prachtige wandelingen. Nadelig is echt de parkeerplek, die zoveel rijvaardigheid vereist dat het ons niet zonder schade aan de auto is gelukt. Gelukkig wist de aangrenzende garagehouder ons te wijzen op een vrije parkeerplek vlakbij. Vanuit de interhome was er geen medewerking helaas. Jammer vonden wij ook de zitplek/bank in de kamer. Niet zo geschikt om gewoon te zitten en met meer mensen te zitten. Het uitzicht is prachtig, en de rust in de omgeving erg prettig.

Wanderferien Engadin 2020
- Einstellhalle war für unser SUV zu klein. Wir mussten deshalb die ganze Woche in einem kostenpflichtigen Parkhaus parkieren. Als Alternative könnte man evtl. einen Aussenparkplatz einer anderen Wohnung anbieten oder wenigstens den Mietpreis reduzieren. - Maximale Lautstärke des TV war zu leise eingestellt - Badzimmer hat leider kein Fenster

Das Apartement ist für zwei Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind perfekt. Gemütlich eingerichtet, schöner Blick in die Landschaft. Küche ist super ausgestattet und sehr gutem gepflegten Zustand. Super Lage am Ortseingang von Pontresina gelegen. Bushaltestelle, Start der Loipe und der Spazier-/Wanderwege direkt vor der Türe. Negativ sind einzig die defekten Stoff-Rollos an fast allen Fenstern zu nennen. Außerdem ist die Matratze des Bettes ziemlich weich, wahrscheinlich sogar durchgelegen. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist sehr praktisch. Für Kompaktwagen (VW Golf, 1er BMW, etc.) mehr als ausreichend Platz. Denke es passt sogar Golf Variant oder 3er BMW darein!

Très bel appartement très bien équipé, largement au dessus de la moyenne. Cependant le garage est inutilisable pour une voiture de plus de 1.5m de haut et par conséquent ne mérite pas d' être mentionné dans le descriptif de l' appartement. Le WiFi serait bienvenu.
