"Breakaway 2 Breck" Fish and Ski Condo at Trails End is truly the best location to stay in Breckenridge. Ski to and from your condo and walk to town in 3 minutes. We are located right next to the Quick Silver Super Chair, children's center, ski school, ticket booth and ski rental.

Our unit (the larger of the 2 bedroom units available in Trails End ) was recently remodeled. Enjoy new bathrooms, well appointed kitchen, granite counter tops, hardwood floors, rock fireplace and free high speed internet and two new flat screen TVs. The large entrance area with separate ski storage, large bench for gearing up, and ample shelving and hooks allows you to keep all that ski gear dry and organized.

Ski back to your unit and enjoy lunch with a mountain view by a warm and inviting fire on two new leather sofas or in the sunshine on your deck. You could even have lunch in town and get back in time for an afternoon of skiing.

After a day on the slopes relax in either the indoor or outdoor hot tub or sauna. Visitors to Trails End also have access to the Upper Village heated outdoor pool and spa located directly accross the street. After relaxing, walk to Main Street and enjoy the abundance of fabulous shops and restaurants that Breck has to offer. If you don't feel like walking, hop on one of the many free shuttles that take you all over town.

One of the unique aspects of staying in Colorado's Summit area is that you can ski a different mountain every day including Breck, Copper, Keystone, Arapahoe, Vail and Beaver Creek, all within 20-45 minutes. Free buses are offered to most of the different ski areas and some of the areas have interchangeable lift tickets. If your looking for something different enjoy a day at Breck's Recreation Center on the huge water slides and winding river, rock climbing, tennis, racquetball, yoga and more. Located within just 20 minutes are the Dill\on & Silverthorne Outlet Malls and movie theatre.

Location, location,location ! We could not have found a better location. Access to the slopes was quick and easy. The condo was wonderful and wee equipped. Communication with Patti was great. Very responsive to any question we had. We would definitely stay there again.

We loved out stay!

Everything about our stay was awesome. We had great communication from our host, and the property was very nice. It was close to Main Street and the location allowed us to easily walk to nice restaurants and shopping. We love making memories with our family, and this place ensured that we had another successful vacation added to our memories.

Perfect Breckenridge location!

This condo is walking distance to most anyplace that you would go in Breckenridge. The condo is clean and comfortable and decorated lovely. It has 2 bedrooms... but I would really recommend for 2 a couple or a couple with 2 younger children. I would definitely stay again!

Better than expected!

The condo was perfect! Each year, a few friends and I choose a different resort to ski, and this year we visited Breck. The condo was perfectly located - walk out the back door to a lift a couple hundred yards away and at night downtown Breck was just a 5-7 minute walk. Patti’s communication was perfect and she was always ready with an immediate response - i wish all property owners were this great. Without hesitation, I’d recommend this place to anyone and we would definitely look to stay again when we make it back to Breck.

Breakaway2Breck - Great Trip

Short version, stay exceeded our expectations. Condo was just as described. Very comfortable living room. Kitchen was great for breakfast and lunch prep to take to the hill. Walk to Quicksilver superchair serving Peak 9 was maybe 200 yards - and we were off! Walk to town was super-easy. Just a few blocks from the southern tip of Main St. Parked our car and didn't move it again until we checked out. Laundry was super accessible. Family enjoyed the facility hot tub after a day on the mountain. Would definitely rent again.

Amazing location, great views, comfortable and roomy

Patti's condo is in an amazing spot; it has views of the mountain, is walkable to downtown (lot of shops and restaurants), and is steps away from the base of the Quicksilver ski lift. The four of us were very comfortable and happy with our stay. Two things to note if you plan to stay here: (1) bring your own shampoo and (2) the bedroom heat is controlled at the baseboards, not by the main thermostat.

Outstanding ski-in, ski-out condo near Breckenridge Peak 9

Our excellent experience started before our stay. Patti provided excellent instructions for check-in and communicated promptly throughout our stay. The condo is a clean, tastefully furnished, well-appointed 2 BR 2BA on the 4th floor of the Trails End complex. The rooms are spacious and the king bed is the Master BR is very comfortable. The LR has two large, comfortable leather couches and a large TV -- a great place to crash and watch some sports after a long day on the slopes! The kitchen is clean and well-stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc.. The location is amazing! Trails End is located just a few steps away from the Quicksilver lift on Peak 9. Getting to and from Peak 9 was so easy! And Main St. is a 5-minute walk. Overall we had an outstanding stay. Patti was great, the condo was great, and we even had great weather and great snow. We would definitely stay here again.

Great ski in/ski out condo, walkable to everything

This is a perfect ski in/ski out condo with a convenient ski locker in the lobby and an entryway mudroom in the condo perfect for storing all of your ski gear. We never used our car and walked everywhere, Main St is right around the corner with lots of shops, bars, and restaurants and the ski lift is right outside the back door. Patti was a great host with constant communication. Our family of 4 fit comfortably in this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. Thank you!

Excellent location for skin in and out

We had a wonderful time at this location. The property was clean and nice. The property manager was friendly and easy to communicate with. Just a few minutes walk from downtown. Also a bus stop right around the corner that can take you to the free gondola. Just a few minutes walk up the street to Beaver Run if you have family in ski school. You can literally ski out the door to the Quicksilver lift and ski the greens, or ski from that drop off to one of the many other chairs that can take you further up the mountain. I would recommend this location.

Great Location

Great Location. Just a few minutes walk from the main shops of Breckenridge. So convenient!!!! We even walked to the gondola! I hate spending money & effort on parking :-) Decor was simple & rustic, no chintzy lodge theme ;-) Interior Designer Approved 👍 Hard surface floors everywhere were a bonus (just more sanitary) instead of carpet! Plenty of space for our family of 5. King size bed in Master was comfortable but transferred motion something fierce. Windows were nice & large but found to be duct taped shut & the metal blinds let in lots of light around them (quite early in the morning) I could have used a sleep mask. Secondary bedroom had twin bunk beds and a single twin bed. Full sized fridge, microwave & dishwasher!!! BRING GROCERY BAGS. Grocery stores charge for them. BRING QUARTERS for in building LAUNDRY. $1.75 to wash and $1.50 to dry. I highly appreciate "in room" laundry facilities on vacations as I hate carrying dirty clothes home with me in luggage. But the laundry room & garbage shoot was just down the hall, easy enough. No need to carry garbage across a parking lot to a smelly, shady shack in the parking lot!!!! The pool would have been utilized more if the temps weren't so chilly for Summer. Can't go wrong staying here. Had a great time.

Location was AMAZING 🤩 - close to all the fun things! Communication with property owner was great, layout for our family of 5 was perfect!! ** Kitchen had everything we needed and comfy beds and great furnishings. We had a great time! Our only complaint was we didn’t realize the peak on that side the mountain was closing the second day we were there. That is no fault of the Owner. My advise would be just to confirm all peaks schedules before making your selection.

Fabulous condo and location. Would highly recommend to a family with 2-3 children.

Patti's condo was the perfect option for our short 3 day ski trip. My family was very comfortable and the location was both convenient to downtown Breck and Peak 9 ski lifts. Truly the best of both worlds. The condo was in very good condition and is well maintained. Parking in the garage was convenient and secure. Will definitely stay here again next time!

It follows my passion to embrace the outdoors, so that when I'm driving in my Jeep, I can enjoy blue skies, star speckled nights, or a beautiful snowfall.

Why they chose this property

After years of skiing many different resorts in Canada & the US we decided to purchase our property in Breckenridge for many reasons. It's easy to get to with Denver International less than two hours away. It's one of the sunniest places in North America with over 300 days of sunshine per year, Breck's upper bowls just about always have fresh snow, six different resorts to ski in the Summit area, and best ski town.

What makes this property unique

Before buying at Trail's End we looked at many different condos and homes in Breckenridge. First of all we wanted true ski-in/out. We have rented so called ski-in/out places in the past only to find we had to walk 10 to 15 minutes to get to the lift. Next we wanted a place we would be comfortable living in ourselves - not just a good rental unit. When we saw our unit we loved the spaciousness, although it was in need of a good renovation we could see the potential. I especially love the new large entrance area to suit up and store everyone's ski gear.
