The location of The Lima House is centralized, just north west of downtown. Quiet and courteous neighbors surround the home, making it a nice spot to unwind and relax. Home has a great feel with character. New windows and doors with secure deadbolts and smart locks and newer HVAC keeps home nice and comfortable along with ample hot water heater. Bathrooms all new, new kitchen with new appliances. Designated workspace and high speed wifi. pride of ownerships shows. Respectful guests only please. This is STRICTLY a non-smoking home inside.
