In the resort 700 m from the centre of Rincón de la Victoria, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 700 m from the sea. Private: garden 900 m2 with lawn 700 m2, swimming pool angular (10 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). WC in the pool area, arbour (30 m2), terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: WiFi, washing machine. Motor access to the house. Stepped path (15 steps) to the house. Public parking on the road. Supermarket 300 m, shopping centre 3 km, restaurant 600 m, bus stop 350 m, sandy beach "walking distance" 750 m. Golf course (18 hole) 2.8 km. Please note: baby equipment on request (extra). Groups of teenagers on request only. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Nightclub/disco 1 km from the property.
