“Goin' Coastal” is our special place on the Emerald Coast and we want to share it with you!

Unit 1001 of Twin Palms offers a massive 27 x 10 balcony, which is among the largest in the area. Situated on the 10th floor, you are just high enough to not hear the pool noise and be able to enjoy great views! Completely upgraded paint and furnishings just recently!

Here is how the place lays out:
• Living Room: Overstuffed queen Sleeper Sofa and Love Seat w/ new 50” HD Smart TV
• Master Suite: King Bed w/ new 47” HD Smart TV
• Master En Suite Bathroom: Floor-to-ceiling tile walk-in shower
• Guest Suite: Queen and Twin Bed w/ new 32” HD Smart TV
• Guest Bath: Tub w/ Tile surround accessible from main living space, as well as private entrance from guest suite.
• Free, dedicated, high-speed Wi-Fi through the Condo
• All TVs HD with quick click access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, HULU, etc.
• Washer/Dryer included
• Kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking and baking needs, including a Keurig Coffee Maker and Ninja Blender.

If you need a break from the beach, check out the large pool surrounded by new pool furnishings, indoor/outdoor jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. There is also two gas grills and an onsite gym.

Location, Location, Location… you are in the heart of it all, while not feeling that way. Pineapple Willie's is a .4 mile walk down the beach. There are additional restaurants as well as other attractions within walking distance. There is plenty of parking in the covered deck on levels 1-3, so easy to park and unload. Walmart and Publix are both within a mile. Come enjoy all that Twin Palms has to offer and you'll understand why we chose to make this our getaway in Panama City Beach on the 'World's Most Beautiful Beaches'!

Good vacation
Good vacation, comfortable condo, newer appliances and A/c, convenient location, amazing beach, fast elevators, huge Walmart nearby good for groceries. Suggest the owner replace their frying pans, add a few more oven style dishes and a kettle, note the kitchen comes without any food basics, not even salt and pepper. We did experience considerable noise on some days that gets transmitted through the ceiling of the master bedroom like furniture being moved on rollers at 5:30 AM and some neighboring units have smokers on their balconies which sent us back inside. This condo could do with a deeper clean at some point but otherwise it was a good experience.

A Fantastic Vacation Experience
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this vacation condo and I cannot say enough good things about it! From start to finish, the host provided an exceptional experience that exceeded all expectations. First and foremost, the condo itself was absolutely stunning. The interior was beautifully furnished, featuring modern amenities and tasteful decor. It was clear that the host paid great attention to detail, as every room was immaculate and well-maintained. The stunning ocean view from the balcony was the cherry on top! The host's provided detailed instructions for check-in, as well as helpful recommendations for local attractions and dining options. It was evident that they genuinely cared about our experience and wanted us to have the best time possible. The location of the condo was also ideal. It was conveniently situated near the beach, making it easy to enjoy long walks along the shore and soak up the sun. Additionally, there were plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance, allowing us to explore the area without any hassle. Furthermore, the condo complex itself was well-maintained and secure. We felt safe and at ease throughout our entire stay. The amenities, such as the pool and grills were in excellent condition and added an extra level of enjoyment to our vacation Overall, our experience at this vacation condo was nothing short of remarkable.

The only complaint I have is it sounded as though the people above were scooting furniture around starting around nine thirty at night until all hours of the morning. Not sure that is what is happening as one of the other tenants said the same thing. Not sure what it could be unless it is something to do with the pipes.

Great Honeymoon Experience
Everything was just as great as we expected. Contrary to some of the other reviews, the a/c works great! We did however, have to figure out how to adjust the thermostat. There's a remote that controls the a/c, as well as the lights. It took us a night of 72 degree sleeping (or lack thereof) to figure that out. After that, it was perfect!

We went to a car show and had a great time. The only negative was there are no grab bars in the shower. I’m 56 and my husband is 67 so we would have like one for safety.

HVAC
We enjoyed the condo and amenities however, the HVAC did not get cool enough. The HVAC Technician came out and informed us that the owner controls the temperature. He also informed us that if we leave the balcony door open or don’t shut it completely then the HVAC shuts off. No fun being in a hot condo and having to be cautious of the doors. Chances of renting the same unit is not likely due to the HVAC issue. Overall unit was nice but I have to be able to control my HVAC.

No AC and mold
Let me start by saying what a lovely condo this is. However, the air conditioning did not work at all and there was mold on the ceiling. While there was positive communication from Rob at the third party rental company, Best Beach Getaways, the maintenance company did not arrive until Sunday afternoon. At 4:00 he told us it was broken. We couldn’t reach management company at this time. On Monday morning we personally went to the management company, Best Beach and we’re offered, in writing, a condo upgrade and a partial refund. We wanted a full refund for the two nights. Finally, we spoke to Danielle, the manager, and she was so rude. She took away what we had already been offered, gave us a refund for the other five days, not the two miserable days, and told us to find our own place. I do appreciate how the two men at Best Beach Getaway tried to handle this unfortunate situation but Danielle’s rudeness and unprofessional attitude were unbelievable. I still can’t believe that they kept our money for those two miserable nights and all other fees associated.

Great location, plenty to do and see.
2 small hiccups staying here. 1st was very minor, the front door wasn't sealing tightly and the wind would whistle thru there noticeable loud. No big deal mostly, unless you opened the sliding door out to the rear patio. 2nd issue was pretty big. We stayed Monday thru Friday, on Wednesday when coming back into the property, the gate code wouldn't work. I had to find somewhere else to park. We could not access the walking gate either as it was the same code. I called the site mgmt. company (a couple different numbers) no answer so I left a message. While this was happening, another couple cars got stuck at the entry gate also... no codes were working. We were stuck outside the building for about 10 minutes until somebody else got another code from someone, we all used that code to gain entry. I never received a call back about my code or concern about being able to access the rest of my stay. Very poor service on that front.

Great View
We were able to check in early. The place was clean and in a great location. The balcony was huge with a great view. Pool was big and hot tub was nice. My son loved the indoor pool. The early check in code was a little confusing as we thought it was for the gate not the door. The multiple codes we had to learn was a little overwhelming but we had our phones to help once we figured out which codes opened which doors/gates. Overall great place with great balcony furniture and fully functional home away from home for the week!
