This spacious remodeled villa is located within a five-minute walk to the beach. This Vacation Rental is across from the Tennis Center, Community Pool and George Fazio golf course located in the world renowned Palmetto Dunes. This villa is centrally located close to the general store and Alexanders Restaurant. Bike and kayak rentals are also nearby for your convenience.
This spacious villa features two master bedrooms with attached master baths. Relax in the cozy living area featuring a flat screen TV. The updated kitchen has beautiful granite countertops. Enjoy the beautiful covered patio overlooking the quiet pristine landscaping of Palmetto Dunes.

Included in your stay at our condo is a Tennis/Pickleball package for our renters. This includes 2 hours free court time a day for the days you book. Text us for more details.

Lovely getaway

We enjoyed our spring getaway -the condo was close to the general store and the tennis courts -a short walk from the beach-beds were comfortable-lots of bath towels (just bring some beach towels)- quiet setting -tons of walking/biking trails. Lovely!

Great stay

Wonderful stay - property was as listed. Clean and great location to the Palmetto Dunes tennis (right over the walking bridge next to Alexander’s restaurant).It was just my husband and myself so we had plenty of room to spread out in: choice of 2 bedrooms and baths. We didn’t cook but used the kitchen facilities for breakfast and warming up leftovers.The unit is right across from the pool for convenience.Jeff was very responsive. I highly recommend and would stay again in the future.

Nice condo. Kitchen utensils and fry pans need to be upgraded. Oblyy one bath mat but tons of towells. More blankets would be nice. Wegreatteatime. Thanks

Loved this condo!

We absolutely loved this condo. Very clean & comfortable. We liked that we could either walk or ride our bikes to pickleball courts. Location was great. Jeff & Anita also included 2 hours of court time a day, which was fantastic! We are looking forward to hopefully making this an annual event.

Centre Court Convenience

Stayed with my family for Thanksgiving week. Location is convenient to many fun activities like tennis, pickleball, biking, kayaking and the beach. This unit was clean with nice finishes The hosts were very responsive, friendly and organized. We enjoyed everything about our start here and will look to stay again next time we visit again.

Perfect Getaway

An absolute gem! This two bedroom condo was spacious, spotless, and the location was perfect as it was so close to tennis, pickleball, restaurants, and the beach. The courts are a short walk away. A very comfortable and well-equipped space. The owners are very responsive, and incredibly accommodating, they made sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. Highly recommend!

Absolutely the best

We truly love our time at this villa…. So much so that we just booked it again for 2025 (that’s 4 years in a row!). Jeff and Anita are wonderful to work with and the villa is incredibly well taken care of and updated. We take full advantage of the pickleball courts and bike trails and look forward to this every year.

This was a beautiful condo. It had everything we needed. We loved that it was on the first floor. Also loved that each bedroom had two beds as we went with another mother daughter. Would definitely stay again.

This property is perfectly situated in the middle of Palmetto Dunes. An easy walk or bike ride to everything. Pool is directly across the parking lot. It was a perfect girls week at the beach.

We loved our stay! The condo was great. The location in Palmetto Dunes was perfect and the owners, Jeff and Anita were awesome. They were very prompt with all our questions. The TV went out in one of the bedrooms about 4 days into our 2 week stay. Jeff and Anita purchased a new TV, personally delivered it from Ohio and set it up. Those are the kind of owners you want to rent from. We are already booked for the same 2 weeks next year. Thanks so much Jeff and Anita!!
