Beautiful home!
One of the nicest VRBO’s we have ever stayed in. Clean, cozy, spacious, comforting. 6 of us staying here and there was so much room that we never felt on top of each other. Kitchen is adequately stocked, hot tub worked perfectly, it really felt like we were in our own mountain home and not in a rental. Close to town and gondola parking lot (15 minute drive), but far enough enough away from the crowds of Breck to make you feel like you’re isolated in the mountains. Other have mentioned the heating discrepancy and we found the gas forced heat easy to manage with an upstairs and downstairs Nest thermometers. Owner Mark was quick to respond via text with any questions/concerns we had. I would 100% advise having a vehicle with AWD or 4WD to get up there though. The roads are plowed but it’s firmly packed snow. We saw several cars (and trucks) who had misjudged some turns and gotten stuck or hit something. Home is at 11,000ft I believe, so take that into consideration as well.

Beautiful vacation home in Breckenridge
We had an amazing stay in Breckenridge! When we arrived to the vacation home, it was dark and snowing heavily. The heated garage was appreciated and equipped with a snow shovel. The driveway was well maintained during the winter with a plow service. The house was decorated beautifully and well stocked with supplies such as towels, pots and pans, a coffee maker, light pantry items, soap, and paper towels. There was a play area out back for younger kids, a fire pit by the deck, a grill and hot tub on the deck, a foosball table upstairs, a neat den area upstairs with a tv and couch, and family games downstairs. The bedrooms were welcoming and cozy, and the bathrooms were clean and stocked with basic items. The home is located just a short drive to downtown Breckenridge and surrounding ski areas. The owner is quick to respond and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon!

Wonderful rental and nice location
We stayed at this property over the Christmas holiday during our ski trip. It was extremely comfortable and roomy. The house has been wonderfully renovated and is very current and modern. Although we had some minor issues with an appliance and a leak, the owner was very prompt in responding and the issues were addressed immediately. All contact from day one with the property owner/mgr was quick, pleasant and very professional. We spent Christmas day here and were pleasantly surprised to have a Christmas tree fully decorated when we got there. It is recommended to have AWD during the winter months. As you get closer to the home some areas can be "tricky" should you not have solid transportation. This will be a preferred location for us on next trips to Breck. IF there is anything I would recommend addressing going forward it would be the heating/cooling. We never really were able to get the home to regulate. If the downstairs was pleasant then the upstairs would be unbearable hot. If the upstairs was comfortable, then the downstairs was freezing. We made do and adjusted but took most of the trip to ultimately find a sweet spot.

Winter vacation
Mark couldn’t have been more accommodating or easier to communicate with. This was by far the best rental experience I have ever had. The house is absolutely beautiful, cozy, clean, and very conveniently located. If you’re on the fence do it, you won’t regret it.

Ideal Breck stay
Nicely renovated property that is convenient to Breck resort and downtown. The house is well equipped with everything you need to stay in or close enough to town for a night out. Hot tub and grill right on the deck were nice. Great space for a family or group of friends.

Nice Place
Nice big kitchen. Nice hot tub. Fast communication from the owner. Location feels secluded, but just a short drive (or long walk) to the lifts. With two master suites, it was ideal for two couples. Like the previous reviewer, I had some trouble regulating bedroom heat at night, but overall, very nice.

Spacious mountain retreat
The spacious accommodations at this house were very nice and the remote escape was excellent. The living areas were great to spread out and watch movies, play games, and foosball. And the backyard hottub was very peaceful; my guess is it's even nicer in the summer. On the downside, It took a bit to get the heat figured out for sleeping and unfortunately the coffee grinder was broken as was a few of cabinets. A bit of fine tuning and it's in great shape. The owner was very easy to communicate with and helpful with questions.
