Perfect spot to accomplish our mission that wkend.
This was a location between 2 places my friend would be going to for celebrating a Vietnamese wedding and it proved to be the perfect place for that.
Lovely accommodations, convenient to dining in all ranges and the time of year just put color on our cheeks as we looked at the incredible colors all around us of God's beautiful handiwork!
If you stay here, be sure to make your way out to Mike and Maria’s lavender farm on Slate Rd. It’s a beautiful spot, and Mike and Maria are wonderfully kind and engaging hosts. The apartment was in a convenient location for us, and everything we needed was there.
We stayed 3 nights in this gorgeous loft, in a perfect location in the charming village of Sharon Springs.
The hosts have created a warm, comfy, top-notch apartment in an historic building. We loved the soft bedding, towels and robes. Little touches like coffee, tea and spices made our stay effortless and relaxing. Thank you, Maria and Mike.
This is our second time staying at Maria’s place. It was just as we remembered. Clean, comfortable, well stocked, spacious — it checked all of the boxes. Maria is an extremely gracious host as well and accommodated a special request. We’d love to return again!
We stayed in this cute little loft while we watched our grandson play baseball at Cooperstown. It was a wonderful stay cute little loft, nice and clean and easy to get to. Renters are extremely responsive and very easy to work with. We had it an amazing stay and I would highly recommend anyone.
Sharon Springs' charming local shops and delicious restaurants are all within walking distance of this delightful, spacious and well appointed 2 bedroom loft. We were ideally located and within driving distance to all of the attractions in the Cooperstown area. Our hosts were extremely accommodating and we will be returning for our next adventure.
We had a wonderful time in Sharon Springs. Mike and Maria were such lovely hosts and made our family feel so welcome. Our young daughters even had the chance to go pick fresh lavender at their farm! Can’t wait to go back.
Unique property over a lovely botanic with lavender gift shop. Came for my grandson's weeklong baseball adventure near Cooperstown. While it was a daily 55 minute drive to and from the field, but a lovely retreat away from baseball for a bit. Maria and Mike were very responsive hosts and we throughly enjoyed our stay.
My friend and I spent 4 nights in this beautiful historic place and loved it. The owners are very friendly and helpful and the place is clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The place was well-stocked with everything we needed and even included nice surprises like plush bath robes. The location is ideal. We liked being across from the Beekman mercantile and a coffee shop, and a short drive from other towns including
Cooperstown. We would love to visit again!
This was a perfect place for my husband and I to stay with our 5 year old son. We had plenty of room to spread out and a large yard to play in. The hostess Maria was more than accommodating. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back again.
Very cute loft was perfect for our visit to Cooperstown. Plenty of space for family time and two separate bedrooms. Host was very quick to respond with questions.

Stay
We truly enjoyed the apartment as it was clean and very quaint. However, the downtown was not very big and the stores were not opened.
Our trip to Cooperstown was amazing! We also loved staying here, but it was a bit of a drive (about 45 minutes from Cooperstown). The house was located above a dried flower shop which was adorable. I wish we would have had more time in Sharon Springs but overall, we had a great experience.
I would give this property 10 stars if I could. Beautifully decorated and had everything you could want. Stunning drive to Cooperstown. You do need to navigate two flights of stairs in and out.

The property was charming! The owners were available for questions about the area as they ran the store below the loft apartment. The only concern is it is not handicap accessible and that should be noted somewhere. I give this listing an A rating for everything, we will definitely book this again if it is available. Thank you, Maria & Mike!
Lovely VRBO, beautifully decorated, and loaded with amenities. Gorgeous hard wood plank floors, fresh paint, well maintained furnishings. Appreciated use of the gorgeous bathrobes. Conveniently located in the center of town and next to a great restaurant open three nights a week (check ahead). It should be noted that this is a second floor walk up. Not a problem, but just in case someone has special needs.
As advertised and extremely clean and well maintained. We came for a Cooperstown baseball tournament, so the location was a little farther than ideal, but 100 times better than staying in a hotel room all week. As long as you are ok with being somewhat away from everything, I highly recommend this apartment. And Maria was super nice and responsive with all communications.
