Great house for multiple families

We brought our kids and grandkids (11 of us total) and it was great that each family unit got their own section of the villa. The pool was great and well stocked with toys, floaties and yard games. The view of the ocean was amazing from each level of the villa. We enjoyed lots of excursions, restaurants and activities, most of which were less than 30 minutes away.

Great stay

Group of 10 stayed. Property is super clean. Bathroom to bedroom ratio excellent. Beautiful view. Kitchen was well equipped and had nice finishes. Great places for group hang out time. Tv in every bedroom. Property manager was great about answering questions and giving suggestions. Pool was nice and kayak and snorkeling equipment available. The only thing I would suggest is adding a hot tub 😊. We had a great time.

Perfect for a group getaway!

Our stay was great for a group of friends! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out or come together. We absolutely loved the outdoor areas including the added games. Any issues were addressed immediately which we appreciated. While the house needed a few updates, it was clean and totally acceptable for a long vacation. We would definitely return to Casablanca.

Perfect Christmas gathering

I only had a few hiccups but nothing that was address right away. Jacob was very caring and respond right away my only complaint is that even though the property was wonderful to many mosquitoes my poor husband was bitten every where he looks like he had chicken pox’s while cooking on the grill. I feel for the money I pay I expected more updates on this house specially in the kitchen we did what what we had but it could used upgrades your washing machine and dryer very hard to get them to work we had the cloth wash but they did not spin properly or wash. The internet was constantly going out on the tv had to keep programming 5x a day. Your town roads are worse than New York City so many pot hole it was unreal. The ride to get in and out was very frustrating all the time my suggestion get what you need because store are not around the corner. Bed were very comfortable. Bathroom plumbing issues but it was resolved the pool was very good you could use better floats and also some of your air conditioner system should be check. After all is set and done we did have a wonderful time just being together.

Not a regular beach - be warned

I have mixed feelings about this property because there are some very nice things about it, but I don't feel it is well-maintained. The main reason for the lower rating is because we thought we were renting a house on a beach with beach access. This house is on the WATER. Not the beach. You cannot use a beach normally here, though there is water access if you want to kayak. There were numerous things that were broken during our stay, ranging from a leaking toilet and loose sink handle, to the main AC unit stopping and leaking water all over the floor. These were all reported to the property manager, and I see from other reviews that the broken AC appears to be an ongoing issue. Do they ever fix it? We found nothing wrong with the neighborhood as another reviewer stated. It was fine. Quiet. Overall I feel this house is overpriced for the lack of maintenance, and because the listing is misleading/incorrect regarding being "beach front" - it is not.

Good vacation

Loved the location-easy access to rainforest, San Juan and Ceiba to get flights/ferry to Vieques. Beautiful views and grounds on property. Set up worked well for a large family vacation with space for everyone. Beds and linens very nice and baths updated. We felt very safe and secure-not sure about that one bad review, this was not billed as a 5-star resort. It’s a home on an island and it’s not going to be like staying at a fancy US beach house. You need to realize that this is a different feel being an island that has its challenges. That being said, the owner needs to put some money into some things like paint and small repairs. Just general maintenance items that get beat up being on the water and an island that regularly experiences weather challenges. Equipment in other areas great-extra snorkeling gear, water shoes, floats for pool, beach towels, etc. Great if you don’t want to haul a bunch of stuff or buy when there. Things I wish I had understood: water access is right next to house and you can walk around in there-water shoes helpful-and take out the kayak as well. Wouldn’t say it’s a great place to swim or snorkel-very shallow. Kitchen is decently equipped but large meals are a bit challenging if you are really cooking. If not, all was good. One of the best parts of our experience was the house manager Jacob, and Richard, who came to address repairs. They were extremely helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond! Thank you!

Good Life

The property was beautiful. Me and my family had a great time. The only thing that I did not like about property was the private beach. There was so much seaweed and rocks we could not enjoy the private beach access.

We visited Puerto Rico in early June as a graduation celebration for our two grandchildren. There were 12 of us in the group, ranging in ages from 3 to 77. The house was perfect for us. Everyone had their own space to retreat to if they needed quiet and there was plenty of common areas to gather. The pool was clean and the water toys were great for the little kids. I do wish the yard had been trimmed. The grass around the pool was high, but overall the house was very well maintained and clean. The house is perfect for couples as everyone will have their own bedroom with a bath. It would have been nice if there had been a bunk room for the younger kids, but we made do with the air mattresses provided. We enjoyed our stay at Casablanca and cannot wait to go back.

This place is the worst Vrbo I have ever stayed at

DO NO TRUST THE PICTURES No ac until the last day on a 7 day stay No washer and dryer both dryers were broke Refrigerator wouldn’t cool but freezer worked Pool was green The neighborhood it was in was scary and had f the USA painted everywhere VERY bad neighborhood No doors on the showers Black mold Shower heads were metal pipes Sink countertop were just sitting on cabinets Trash up and down the street I have all the text from the property manager If anyone would like to see them I’m not picky but this was a nightmare Plus I don’t think the other reviews are real just my opinion

Beautiful place!

Lovely property. Definitely not easy to get to San Juan proper so not a place to stay if you want to do lots of "city" stuff. House was gorgeous, I really enjoyed sitting on the lounge chairs overlooking the ocean. Pool was accurately pictured. Easy for lounging. Multiple different places to sit on the property/house with plenty of shade opportunity, lots of chairs etc. beds were super soft, plenty of towels were provided for us, the house would definitely benefit from a icemaker or colder fridge/freezer. Yeah the fridge had a hard time keeping up with us! :-) Also the main room air conditioner was broken so I'd make sure that gets fixed before your arrival if you are planning on renting :-). Property manager was definitely responsive and easy to communicate with via text or phone call.

50th birthday celebration!

This is a beautiful property that is well maintained and offers gorgeous views from each seating area. We were 7 friends celebrating and each had our own room (2 had to share a room) and bathroom. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with comfortable beds. The bathrooms were also equally clean and plenty of towels, soaps, and paper products. The layout is conducive to enjoying the spectacular views from a myriad of seating areas. The kitchen has everything you need to cook full meals or just snacks. Jacob was our property manager and he was communicative and responsive. He gave us great recommendations on where to go and where to eat and even gave one in our party a ride to the airport. Jacob is kind, patient, and professional and tries his best to fulfill every need. The house has a good team running it and offers great experiences for those that want to leave the property (boat tours, private chef experience, rainforest tours, etc). We enjoyed five wonderful days and would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Jacob!

Wedding 2022

The property was everything portrayed in the photos. The living space for all guests was adequate and very comfortable. All of the guests were able to spread out and enjoy the views. The property owner and manager were very prompt with the check in process and any items that needed fixed. The views were beautiful from the pool side and balcony. The use of the kayaks and access to the water was perfect. The swimming pool at Casa Blanca was perfect for all the guests to sit by and enjoy swimming laps. The grounds were perfect for our small quaint wedding. The owner and manager worked with us and our wedding planner. It was a perfect spot for our small gathering. Overall are experience was more than we expected.

Amazing property! Beautiful!

Came here for a family trip to celebrate mom’s 60th birthday. So much to do between kayaks, pool, and yard games. Rained a few days but had great outdoor covered spaces and cozy indoor amenities. Easy to check in and not far from good restaurants. Would totally come back.

Beautiful house with lots of room

The pictures on the app are just as beautiful as they are in person! We had 9 guests comfortably stay here and the backyard let everyone relax with plenty of room to stretch out. There's a small market around the corner and it's 5 minutes from Luquillo beach. Charles and Jacob were both very helpful and accommodating and I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing house and service!

Amazing friends trip for my husbands 40th!! House was recently fully renovated and very nice! Property manager was very nice, accommodating and responsive. Views were amazing! Only thing is the beach isn’t swimable. But you get the beach feel with sand and a pool to dip in! You can rent a car or coordinate with Luquillo taxi for a round trip day trip to Luquillo beach which was beautiful!

An amazing property

This property is absolutely amazing. Great location next with in 15 minutes of Luquillo beach, and el Yunque rainforest. 40 minutes from old San Juan. Only rev commendation is having a car is an absolute must! Getting an Uber is nearly impossible. The water behind house is not so swim-able so plan a beach day. Property was clean and tons of extra towels and linens. Downstairs recreation area is not the same or as good as upstairs. Overall amazing place!
