The villa has two refined bedrooms, one with a view of the Dune du Pyla, and a bunk-bedded room ideal for children. On the mezzanine level, a relaxation area offers an additional haven of peace. At the back of the villa, you'll find an additional building with two double bedrooms and two shower rooms, as well as an outdoor shower.

Outside
The large terrace, with its dining area and deckchairs, offers uninterrupted views of the Bay of Arcachon. A private boulodrome is also available for petanque lovers.

Accommodation costs
The cost of your stay includes linen and cleaning for stays of up to one week.
For any additional week, the sum of €530 will be added to the stay fee and will include the weekly change of linen and cleaning.

Security deposit
A deposit of €3,000 is required, in the form of a cheque handed over on arrival or a bank transfer received prior to arrival.
