Beachfront Penthouse

First let me start by saying this property is all that is advertised. It is literally the top level of a beautiful condo building. The balconies at this unit are amazing, there isn’t a better ocean view. The unit itself is decently sized for a three bedroom. Communication with the owner was outstanding. They were able to answer any questions with an immediate response. We had 8 adult sized people staying in the unit. The pull out couch was comfortable. Most beach toys/chairs are in the unit and available for use. We were really happy with the whole experience. I accidentally left my $250 headphones and the owner even shipped them back to me. Honesty and integrity! Thank you so much for a great rental.

Great resort Great location

The Sea Watch Plantation is a fabulous resort with multiple pools and easy access to the beach. Ken had everything ready to go and provided all the information we needed well in advance. The keypad entry system was great No worries about forgetting keys when we headed to the beach. The resort is close to everything including golf and shopping. This is our second time here and we will definitely be back.

This resort is awesome. Loved the penthouse condo. Beautiful ocean front view. This condo was very clean and well stocked with all of your needs. The owner is very nice to deal with. They left a complimentary bottle of wine.

Great location, Spectacular views, Exceptional Owner

I’ve been using VRBO for several years now and have experienced many wonderful owners sharing their condos for myself and my family. However, Kenneth is in a class of his own!! He was on top of things from the day I booked the dates. He ensured we were knowledgeable of the facilities and surrounding area and we arrived to a clean, spacious condo with a great views and even a complimentary bottle of wine. The kicker was that he reached out to ensure we had arrived safely from our 12 hr drive and even checked on us after our arrival back in Ohio at the end of our vacation!! We love the Seawatch resort and have been staying there for past 10 years! The condo was well furnished and comfortable, even for 8 of us! The two balconies provided a large space to enjoy the views for a group of people to socialize as well as a smaller balcony for more cozy, private conversations. I can’t thank Kenneth enough for his hospitality and look forward to staying here again in the future!!! Thanks for a great vacation!!!!

Million Dollar View

The condo is very clean, well equipped, decorated nicely, and convenient to restaurant and Star Bucks!! There is enough space to entertain adequately. No checking in at any front desk which is a plus. No worry about loosing keys because you have a keypad to enter which is super. The owner Ken is extremely nice and close by in case of any emergency.

We Loved the condo! The views are amazing! Ken was very responsive when I had one question. It was clean. Would have like a heated pool but they had jacuzzis that were awesome and the indoor pool was great for kids! We cannot wait to stay there again!

We had 8 girls on our annual spring girls trip. The condo was very nice and accommodated us all well. The weather wasn’t exactly our choice but did get to enjoy 2 days out on the beach. It was a nice and quiet place to stay. Ken was super nice and I would definitely rent from him again

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!

We have been going to Myrtle Beach since 2002, and have stayed at Sea Watch almost every time. However the past two times we have rented this property at Sea Watch and WOW it is so beautiful! The pictures don't do it justice. It is so perfect...besides being decorated amazing the view from the condo is INCREDIBLE! We wouldn't stay anywhere else except here. The owner is great as well he goes out of his way to help in any way. If your going to Myrtle Beach look no more this is definitely the place you want to stay!!!!!!

Great Property

We have been coming to NMB for 10+ years and this by far our favorite condo - it had everything we needed even laundry baskets in each room which I loved! All the amenities are great and easy to get to, especially love the easy access to the beach for coolers - we would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay for their vacation. Easily sleeps 8 people.

Great Vacation!!!

I recommend this place for many reasons. The view is the first thing that hits you when you walk in the door. We enjoyed sitting on the patio enjoying the sea breeze. Next, the condo had everything that you needed. We felt at home. The condo was clean and everything was in working order. The staff at the resort were friendly. We enjoyed the easy access to the pool. The elevators really move fast so we did not have to wait too long. Although, sometimes my family made me take the stairs to get more exercise. They just put up a new awesome boardwalk to the beach. We enjoyed a daily walk on the beach. One day we walked on the pier. Bring a buck per person. There are many great restaurants. We also enjoyed a Pelicans baseball game. (Great time). If you are looking for a late night meal (after 10:00), check out The Office or Oscar's. The Office is across from Kroger. They have great pizza. Oscar's was started by a Pittsburgh native. The food was great, and it was a great sports bar. Enjoy!!!
