Pool, Netflix, cable and retro gaming console. Garage parking. **This building has a renovation project beginning Aug 2022. If you book past Aug 1, 2022, please know that Mon - Fri, 8 AM - 5 PM, weather permitting, there will be work ongoing in and around the building. (No work during the weekends).

Condo Clean & Comfy

Condo was very clean, comfortable, very nicely furnishing & decorated! The owners communicated well too. The only downside was the ongoing construction in the building.

Sister getaway

We had a great time. Everything was as promised. The host was very responsive to our questions. She went out of her way to make sure we had a good time at her property. We will absolutely stay there again while in Daytona.

Summer vacation

Great property and very spacious and clean. Has nice amenities inside, like kitchen spices, plenty of trash bags, Ziplocs, and other kitchen items. Fireplaces are a beautiful touch. It really is a gorgeous and nicely laid out condo with great views and easy beach access. The refrigerator does not have running water but not a big issue for us to drink from the sink tap. But there's also no ice, although they do provide refillable ice trays. The condo building itself is very old and nothing special, but inside the condo you'll feel perfectly at home and very content. It was a nice and quiet getaway on a beautiful beach.

Location fantastic, right on the beach. Building is older and common areas need updating. Condo was clean , kitchen family room ,MBR very nice. Great balcony to sit and watch beach. Second and third bedrooms nice but not on same level as master. 3rd bedroom had basically no usable closet. 2nd bath towels need updating, master bath towels very nice. Host extremely responsive to questions.

Wonderful Paradise!

First time ever using VRBO, I stumbled upon this Paradise. When I say it was worth it, I’m not exaggerating. The photos of this paradise are accurate. The host was always available to contact and the location is on the beach shore strip. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in for my first Daytona Beach visit. If you have any hesitation, don’t. This place is worth booking for a peace of mind and a relaxing time with family and friends. I highly recommend it!

My family and I take at least one family trip a year. This was by far the best one yet! Great location, great views, comfy cozy beds, amazing communication from Melanie! This condo is beautifully decorated! You can tell so much love and thought has gone into every detail. We can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful Property, Great Stay

Our family stayed in this beautiful condo for a Spring Break vacation and had a great time. The unit offers spectacular views and has a very functional floorplan. Melanie had good communication leading up to check-in and was a great host. She made sure the extra requests we had were fulfilled and was there if we needed anything. I'd recommend this property to anyone looking and consider returning for another visit.

Beautiful Stay on the Beach

The condo is beautiful and well stocked with necessities. The pool area was lovely and it was a short walk to the beach. It was the perfect vacation for our family and located close to the track for the Daytona 500. We had a terrific vacation!

Family vacation well

The communication prior to our visit was great! She understood our special circumstances and was accommodating which was refreshing. The property was exceptionally clean and very well stocked with the essentials. The decorations and view were dreamy , and I wondered if there was any way to actually never leave. The pool was clean, the elevators were quick, the location was convenient, and the beach was AMAZING for sunbathing, walking and playing on the waves. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful home to relax and enjoy

This home was perfect for our family. The view was so peaceful and access the to beach and pool could not have been better. The home was as pictured on the site and well stocked for kitchen items, linens and entertainments. Ease of parking was an added plus. The condo location was ideal being close to all that you might want or need on vacation. We also appreciated the prompt, friendly responses from our hosts when we did have questions.

Property owner has decorated beautifully, great location

The property owner is very good at communicating. They have decorated beautifully. They have nice little touches throughout the condo. They have put together a really nice booklet of how to check in, keys/passwords that will get you around the property, options of where to eat, what to do at checkout, etc. There is a washer/dryer all-in-one in the condo, but the dryer takes a very long time. Luckily the condo complex has a washer & dryer on this floor and it's very close to this unit so we washed the towels in the condo's washer and then used the hallway dryer ($1.25) and the towels were dry much quicker (just 1 hr) that way. The condo is down at a calmer end of Atlantic Ave, which we really liked. The beach in this area is less crowded, which we loved. It is not clustered with other big complexes, there are houses on the one side of it so I think that helped with a less crowded beach for us. And we saw dolphins several of the days. The sand on the beach in Daytona doesn't get hot, no rocks/shells, no seaweed. Just so nice! The complex is very close to a Publix & Marshalls and restaurants. Very convenient. We had 3 adults and 3 teenagers. It was a good fit for us. If we had any more people with us, it would have felt too tight.

Our beautiful 14th floorC

Beautiful Condo, extraordinary views of the ocean and beach. You can see a view of the city and bay on the backside balcony which is pretty at night as well. We had a wonderful time staying here, had everything we needed, had no issues and any questions the property owner was prompt with answering them. Close enough to the boardwalk for kids to enjoy but far enough away to enjoy the peacefulness of the ocean. Really was located in a great spot!
