Mängelliste, schlechteste Unterkunft die ich jemals hatte.
Das Haus entsprach in keinster Weise der im Internet vorhandenen Darstellung. Die Möbel waren alle im unteren Bereich aufgequollenen. Die Küchenmöbel waren defekt. Der Wasserkocher verursachte einen Kurzschluss. Von den Wänden blätterte die Farbe ab. Die Dusche wies erhebliche Mängel auf. Die Gartenmöbel waren teilweise defekt. Bei starkem Regen (1mal) stand die Küche und das Wohnzimmer unter Wasser. Die Fenster klemmten und die Rollos ließen sich nicht vollständig öffnen. Der Herd schwankte in seiner Leistung, schaltet selbständig die Temperatur zurück. Außenfliesen waren gebrochen und die Randbegrenzungen waren teilweise defekt. In der nähern Umgebung befindet sich keine adäquate Gastronomie. Ich werde dieses Objekt nicht mehr anmieten. Eine Weiterempfehlung für dieses Objekt werde ich keinem meiner Freunde machen.

Cette location a du charme, dommage qu’elle soit en décrépitude totale. -Une seule petite cuillère à café -seulement 2 bolets à café - seulement 2 assiettes plate -Le disjoncteur saute quand le four fonctionne. -Le sofas est totalement défoncé (une honte). -le terrain est recouvert de mauvaises herbes -La trappe anti-retour d’un des deux skimer a disparu, les saletés reviennent dans le bassin. -Le moteur du portail automatique, ne fonctionne plus et il est très lourd a pousser à la main

un peu dommage
Sur la villa photo non contractuelle. Canapé défoncé sur un angle. J'ai vu que sur des avis qui date de 2018 j'aurai pensé que le proprio aurait fait le nécessaire pour le canapé. Portail ne se ferme pas à clé. Le fourneau d'un autre âge, utilisé plus le four que les plaques qui mettent une éternité à chauffer. Dommage pas de clim, wifi et douche pour la piscine. Villa qui peut avoir du potentiel. Merci à interhome pour sa réactivité pour la piscine.

Grosse déception.
Le rapport qualité/prix est très mauvais. Logement bien placé mais sans aucun entretien, ce qui est dommage car la maison aurait du potentiel. Les équipements sont limités au strict minimum et sont en mauvais état. Le canapé est défoncé. Les ustensiles de cuisine et couverts sont rouillés. La vaisselle est ébréchée. La télévision fonctionne très mal. La douche est nulle. Les poignées des portes tombent. L’entretien de la piscine n’a été fait qu’1 seule fois. Le manque de clim est regrettable

Très moyen qui se détériore d’année en année
La location et son environnement sont agréables, mais le canapé est défoncé et donc inconfortable, la terrasse est inutilisable car il n’y a plus aucune protection contre le soleil. Il n’y a pas de chaises longues ou transats donc aucune possibilité de se reposer a l’extérieur a l’ombre. De plus le pisciniste n’est venue qu’une fois en 15 jours.

Maison tres propre, pieces bien proportionnees, mais meubles d'autres age et abimes sauf salles de bain refaite à neuf. Belle piscine, barbecue pratique mais jardin mal sécurisé a l'arrière. Mon chien s'est enfui...... La douche extérieure est vetuste et sert de depotoire pour meubles cassés. Le portail automatique ne fonctionnait pas ! Pas de clim malgre le tarif de 1800,00 euros la semaine. Un peu trop cher pour le niveau de prestations fournies, dommage.

Bonne vacances
J’ai passé de bonne soirée vacances, la maison était très propre et le confort correct, la télé avec les chaînes fraçaises. Je regrette qu’il n’y ai plus de transats pour pouvoir lire à l’ombre du pin. La paille au dessus de la.terasse c’est ajouré et il serait vraiment nécessaire de remettre un rouleau pour être à l’ombre. Le service interhome de miami platja est toujours impeccable et le personnel est très sympathique et à l’ecou De ces clients.Merci

Nice but renovation needed!
Positif: It's a nice location and the view at the sea is certainly good, also the pool was clean and large. Also the sleepingsrooms and living is spacious. Negatif: The house was dirty and even after the cleaning team came a second time (the same day: good) it remained dirty: dog hair everywhere & a sticky, wornout kitchen. There is not enough cutlery and plates for six persons, so lucky we were only tree people. This house is recently painted but it needs more than just a brush. Once the location would be renovated & thoroughly cleaned, I would recommand it.
