Great location!

We enjoyed our stay at this clean and cozy home! The location was phenomenal and our family of 5 enjoyed playing in the large back yard. Todd was great at communicating with us, even ensuring we knew that one of the three bedrooms listed was actually a blow-up bed which worked fine for our son. Parking in the garage was a bonus. Overall we loved our stay!

Inaccurate information

The property was presented as a three bedroom house. The third bedroom was furnished with a large desk and a couch. NO bed. I called the owner who informed me the bed was in the hall closet. There was no room in the bedroom for a queen size air mattress. I could not rearrange the furniture to accommodate a queen sized air mattress. While waiting for the other two individuals to arrive; the owner texted me he had refunded our fees and expected us to leave the premises. However we had no accommodations and were left searching for a last minute resolution to this owner created situation. The owner said the house could sleep six. The site did not state one would need to rearrange furniture to sleep three adults.

Great Place

You really enjoyed our time in Kansas City! Before staying over in the heart of everything within minutes of all what is happening in Kansas City. The owner is really good to work with and is extremely helpful. There were some issues with the TV and he had replaced the TV within a matter of hours. Thanks for making my family getaway such a great experience!

Great house, great location!

We adored this little house - very comfortable and well-equipped. Location was perfect for our family getaway to the Plaza and museums. Listing says 3 bedrooms, but I think one may have been since converted to an office space - though perhaps I missed that the sofa folds out; we didn't look too hard because we didn't need a third bed. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a last minute plan. The owner was accommodating and the home was in a perfect location. It was quiet and comfortable. Fully stocked with coffee drinks and snacks and it was very clean. Highly recommend

Clean, great communication, as advertised

This is a nice property. The host was easy to communicate with and the house was as advertised. This is an older home with many updates. There is no dishwasher and the kitchen appliances are vintage but still in good working order. As with many rentals the house is close to a not so great neighborhood. If you go 1 way it’s fine but if you go the other way not so great

Wonderful Stay!

My family and I had such a wonderful time staying at Todd’s house in Kansas City. His property had everything we needed and more. He was great communicating with us and his house was walking distance to so many restaurants and shops. We will definitely be reaching out again next time we come to KC!

KC Plaza Trip

Location. Location. Location. This property is ideally located for shopping/dining on the Country Club Plaza. Also close to Westport and other areas for dining and entertainment. We have stayed at many hotels in the Plaza but we will absolutely consider this property for our next trip. Plenty of room. Large table for games. Google smart features were fun. Coffee choices. Perfect Location, great host

This was the perfect location for my family to spend a couple weeks while working from home and visiting friends that live near the Plaza. There were two office spaces and great internet which we needed, and we appreciated the variety of coffee making devices as we're pour over and French press coffee snobs. (There was also one of pod-style coffee makers.)

Hi, my name is Todd and I am blessed to live just off the Plaza in Kansas City. I love it and think it is the best neighborhood in KC. It is full of life – cafes, restaurants, bars, markets, shops and parks. If the Plaza does not have it, it is nearby by foot, taxi or public transport. The Plaza is rated as the most liveable part of Kansas City and I think you will love it as much as I do.

My home is well designed, comfortable, clean, secure and fully equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your holiday or business trip. I truly hope you will make amazing memories in our home and this amazing city like I have and can’t wait to hear your stories! I hope to see you soon!
