The historic Santa Fe home was divided into a 3 residences of which this is the front unit. The cook's kitchen has a large island which flows into the spacious living area. The exterior patio includes a firepit table.
There is a 65 inch ROKU HDTV in the living room and ROKU HDTVs in the bedrooms. Sonos speakers in the kitchen and main bedroom can be controlled via the Sonos phone app. Boze sound bars in the second bedroom and living room have Bluetooth connectivity.
There is one step down into the kitchen/living room area from the hallway and a step at each patio door. Otherwise there are no other steps or stairs.
The unit is located in the South Capital District of Santa Fe. You can walk across the street to Sage Bakehouse for coffee and breakfast in the morning. The Rail Yard District is about a 5 minute walk where you will find restaurants, cafes, brew pubs, art galleries, antique and art markets, the Santa Fe Farmer's market, movie theaters, etc.. You are located 0.7 mi from the historic Plaza and 1.2 miles from Canyon Road. It's located on Paseo De Peralta which loops around the historic downtown so you may hear some street noise.
You will have your own entry code to enter the residence via a smart lock.
There is off-street, uncovered parking for 2 vehicles in front of the unit. If you aren't up for walking other transportation options besides your own vehicle are local taxi service, Uber, Lyft and the Santa Fe Trails downtown bus system.

No PARTIES allowed.
NO BICYCLES are allowed inside the residence. We do not want our custom plaster walls marred. Bikes and/or other outdoor equipment must be stored on the outdoor side patio accessed through the front patio. Contact me for instructions.
$50 fee for lost keys (if any).
Prior to departure: a) Load all dirty dishes, glassware, and flatware into the dishwasher and run. b) Clean, dry and put away any dirty cooking pots, pans and utensils. If my cleaning service must do the above you will incur the additional cleaning charges.
