Ocean Lakes charges $12.00 per day, per vehicle. This is non-negotiable and payable directly to Ocean Lakes (instructions will be provided on completing this process).

There is parking for 3 vehicles at this site. All other vehicles will need to be parked in the onsite overflow lot (daily fee still applies).

All renters are required to purchase a Security Deposit Waiver in lieu of a refundable damage deposit.

Great weekend

The house was awesome, it was well enough room for our family. The outside tv and fire pit was awesome for Halloween. There was no gas for either the grill or fire pit, but we went and change out one for fire pit and it works awesome. It has a great view of the ocean from both porches.

Unbeatable location

Great location in Ocean Lakes. We had a great time. Sitting area under house was a big hit with the teenagers. If you have questions don't hesitate to ask property manager they are prompt with responding to questions and any issues that arise.

Overall great place. Great loc some outlets was not working and and water bugs outside in the sitting area but I would stay again. I had People running late and needed more parking for two in over flow and that was fixed in no time. Very great weekend

We had a great time visiting Myrtle Beach and coming back to Ocean Lakes. The house is a great location to the beach and the golf kart parade.

Love the location. House was clean and everything working properly. Just had to take awhile to figure out the outdoor area switch and TV switch had to be turned on for outdoor receptacles to work for charging golf cart. I recommend anyone wanting to stay there it has a great approval from us

Great time had by all! week of June 5th-12th, 2021

We just got back home today. We were very happy with the house. The location was ideal. Every night you have a near front row spot of the nightly parade from a well positioned 2nd floor deck. Plenty of room in this house and multiple deck areas for entertaining. The property managers are very accommodating and a delight to deal with. Melissa called me on Friday just to ask how the week went. I thought that was nice. Most places just want your money and offer little updates to their properties. These owners/ managers actually cared about our stay and input. We will absolutely stay here at E9 again.

Spring Break 2021

Excellent property! Updates are fabulous as we have stayed in this house several times before . The outdoor space with fire pit and Netflix was an extra bonus ! We WILL stay again !
