Old, small, simple house "Masirope". In the district of Castellans, in a quiet position, 5 km from the sea. Private: natural garden 2'000 m2 (fenced). Shop 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 500 m, sandy beach "Arenal" 5 km.

Simple furnishings: living room with TV, satellite TV and international TV channels (flat screen). 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), open-hearth fireplace and air conditioning. Kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with small dining table. Bath/shower. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (3). Le parcours pour arriver à la location est tres sinueux et il tres difficile de se croiser sans etre obliges de se garer pour laisser passer l'autre quand a la location ce n'est pas le top, pas de four ! Donc cuisine succinte, manque de store, nous.'y reviendrons pas

Logement spacieux pour 3 personnes. Lits confortables. 2 petits points à signaler/ le WC aurait gagné à être en dehors de la la SDB. Un four électrique aurait été un plus.

Ein typisch Spanisches Haus etwas in die Jahre gekommen auch hier und da Renovierungsbedürftig aber fast alles da was man braucht,wenn man mit 2 Sternen klar kommt. Mega Ausblick der Piniengarten groß und die Zirkaden eine Einschlafhilfe,das Bett war perfekt das Bad naja nichts schönes aber nutzbar.

Lovely quiet place
We stayed in the house for 9 days in July and it was really lovely. It is in a really quiet neighbourhood just 5 min to the beach. The best thing was the garden (almost a forest) full of beautiful pine trees which gave a lot of shade and it was perfect for relaxing in the afternoon and evening. A lovely place if somebody seeks some quietness but also wants to be in short driving distance to the beach and Javae! I can really recommend the house :)

Für die kurze Zeit von 11 Tagen war es gut
Das Haus steht an einer ruhigen Lage und ist mit dem Auto nicht weit weg vom Zentrum in Javéa. Die Sicht nach Westen erlaubt wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge mit leuchtendem Abendrot zu geniessen! Das Grundstück um das Haus herum ist leider etwas ungepflegt. Die Bedienung am Schalter von Interhome in Javéa ist nett, hilfreich und äusserst freundlich! Danke xxx.

Goed verblijf in een doelmatige woning
De bungalow bleek precies wat er in de informatie beloofd was: een kleine, doelmatig ingerichte woning. Geen franje of luxe, maar alles wat nodig was was aanwezig. Voor een alleenreiziger zoals ik (of voor een stel) was het voldoende.

Prima huis als je buiten kan leven, een echte huiskamer is er niet. de plek die je huiskamer kan noemen daar staan alleen maar tuinmeubelen, Waar de TV hangt staan bedden. Wifi werkte niet en kon niet worden opgelost.

De omgeving is rustig tuin is zeer ruim. Het meubilair binnen zowel buiten is wel aan vervanging toe, verder is alles aanwezig. Voor de prijs heb je een leuke eenvoudige woning met veel privacy . Wel heb je vervoer nodig

Ruhige Lage, einfache Ausstattung, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, insgesamt ok. Agentur sehr nett!
Perfekte und freundliche Abwicklung der Anmietung über die lokale Agentur, guter Service. Verbessert werden könnte die konkrete Beschreibung, wie man auf das Grundstück gelangt (elektrisches Tor). Sauberkeit im Haus ok, bis auf das tote Insekt im Bad hinter der Toilette. Bad insgesamt einfach bis renovierungsbedürftig (Badewanne sehr alt und ungepflegt). Zweckmäßig. Möblierung und Ausstattung des Hauses ist einfach und zweckmäßig. Küchenausstattung ergänzungsbedürftig, aber letztlich ausreichend. Ein Grill wäre schön! Stabiles WLAN / WiFi inklusive. Großes Grundstück, wirkt etwas lieblos und ungepflegt - zerrissene Hängematte zwischen den Pinien, kaputtes Trampolin am Ende des als "Naturgarten" bezeichneten Grundstückes.

Nice house, great location.
Jávea is a nice little town with plenty to see and do. The house is beautiful and in a great location in the hills.
