Mountain Memories is the perfect place to start making your own "mountain memories". Built in 2018, this gorgeous and private four bedroom home offers ridge line views and frequent visits by wildlife. Guests will enjoy two levels on a spacious lot with an expansive deck to take in the views. It is conveniently located to be within walking distance of downtown Estes Park and only 10 minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park entrance. The inside space boasts a great room that is perfect for large groups complete with vaulted ceilings, expansive windows, firestick tv and custom stone gas fireplace. Enjoy an upgraded kitchen with stone counter tops, stainless steel appliances, induction range, custom cabinets and breakfast bar. The kitchen is well stocked with basic cooking ingredients, spices, condiments, paper goods, trash bags and soap. Dine in style around our beautiful, counter height table that seats eight comfortably. Toddler seat provided for your little one. Take in the mountain air on the back deck where you will find a cozy conversation area, gas fire pit and gas BBQ. Our patio table seats eight making it a perfect place for your evening dinner or morning coffee. Retire for the evening in the main level king bedroom suite with private bathroom and steam shower. Also offered on the main level is a queen bedroom with access to full bath. Sorry no AC- most homes in Estes don’t have AC. We cool the house with a whole house fan pulling cool, mountain air from outside to the inside. Additional bedrooms are cozily tucked into the lower level with one offering twin beds. The other lower level bedroom is a king bedroom providing ample sleeping room. You will be sure to have a peaceful night's sleep with the soft bedding and comfortable beds. The lower level also offers a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Many guests have enjoyed the lower level family/tv room as a dedicated workspace or as just another great place to lounge, play games or watch your favorite movie. Head out to garage fora variety of games like ping pong or foosball. No garage parking.Mountain Memories is sure to delight as you make it your home away from home! No smoking please. No pets. Estes Park Wedding

We visited 13-17 December 2024 to attend a wedding. The home was wonderful! It had everything we needed to prepare for and hold a small family wedding in Estes Park. We even hosted a small rehearsal dinner with plenty of space for the guests. It is very close to town and we could easily get back and forth from the wedding venue, stores, etc. Leah the host is fabulous and was incredibly helpful. I would love to return in the summer!

Great house in the perfect location!

The house was great! It was cozy, spacious, clean and had great views. We saw deer right outside our patio. We had plenty of everything we needed. The host was responsive and there was great communication throughout the entire process. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Estes. So close to so many shops, restaurants and the beautiful river walk area! I promise you will love it!

FIRST TIME IN ESTES PARK!

And we could not have imagined a better place to stay!! The location was perfect and the house was spotless and very very comfortable. We absolutely loved having coffee & drinks on the beautiful deck and had a ton of fun with the ping pong & foosball tables!! Will definitely return as we all loved Estes Park!!

Perfection

We recently stayed at this home for a week when we were in Estes Park for a family wedding. I can't say enough good things about this home. First, it felt like home, not just a rental! It is a well built and well-maintained home. The attention to detail was amazing, whether it be basics in the kitchen, places to hang coats, plenty of towels, etc. The location is great as it was minutes from any place we wanted to go. The outdoor space was perfect and we enjoyed watching for Elk. Our contact with Leah was great and she was quick to respond with any questions we had. I highly recommend this home and if we are ever in Estes Park again, this home would be our choice!

Estes Park Getaway

This property was beautiful and perfect for our needs. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped with top-notch pots, pans, and appliances. When we had an issue with the stove, the response by the host was immediate. The beds were very comfortable, and the living area was spacious. We got close-up views of wildlife almost daily! We would definitely stay again!

Perfect for a family who loves nature

This house is a perfect place for a family to gather. The deck and patio overlook a natural area where we spotted deer. The deck is perfect for eating a meal, relaxing after a day of hiking, enjoying your morning coffee, yoga, playing. The great room has floor to ceiling windows, comfy chairs and couches, a large dining table, well equipped kitchen. The upstairs bedrooms are spacious, downstairs bedrooms share a bathroom and also have a large living area allowing a family with young children to spread out with toys from the walk-in closet. The proximity to RMNP and the cute Estes Park riverwalk and shops made it ideal for my family.

Wonderful house in Estes Park

We enjoyed our visit to Estes Park and our stay in this lovely home. It was perfect for our family of 5 (including 3 young adult children). The table games in the garage were an unexpected bonus. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked several dinners at the house after busy days at RMNP.

Beautiful house near downtown Estes

Like new property. Great for larger groups with multiple gathering areas. Property manager was fantastic, very quick to respond. While very close to downtown, it’s not really walkable.

A slice of Heaven in the Rockies

This property provided our family with a great home base from which to explore Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park. It was beautifully appointed with high-end appliances and very comfortable. There were plenty of dishes/towels/blankets and a kitchen cupboard stocked with the basics. I'd love to pick up this house and exchange it for my own! Having a few toys, safety gates and a Pack N Play for the little boys was a bonus! Our communication with Leah and Mike was easy, and we had quick responses from them. Our family had a wonderful time here and made many mountain memories.

Family wedding & reunion

We had a great time! Great location - we could walk to town and Lake Estes. Easy access to the National Park. We also had a lovely time gathering there with family members from all over the country. We had two of our family members stay in the apartment next door that is also available and that worked out great! Will definitely rent this place again!

Family time in Estes Park

Our family had a truly wonderful time. The neighborhood was quiet, with mule deer, elk and rabbits stopping by. We had an infant and a toddler and the hosts provided us with 2 playpens, toys, gate for stairs and strollers were available in the garage as was ping pong, foosball and a basketball game. We loved the location and it was perfect for viewing the Estes Park July 4th fireworks from the deck. Communication with Leah was invaluable and our check-in and check-out procedures were very convenient and appreciated especially with family members coming and going at different times from several states. The home had upstairs and downstairs living spaces and tv's as well as seating outside by the front door, patio furniture and a table/chairs on the back deck with an additional swing and seating on the patio. We always had enough space. Wi-Fi was great as SIL worked remotely and never had issues. Hosts shared tickets to Mountain Coaster-that was a blast! We also did go-karts, putt putt etc at Ride-a-Kart. Prices were fair and the young people working were phenomenal. Even with the construction in downtown Estes it was so simple getting to RMNP. We visited the park daily-only 10 minute drive. We celebrated a birthday and an engagement while in Estes and this really was the perfect home for our family vacation.

Perfectly Wonderful Stay in Estes Park Time

Great space, amazingly furnished, terrific comfortable beds both floors! House worked great for 3 couples and great times on deck in back of house, even warm blankets available for chilly eves on deck! Was a wonderfully peaceful spot early am and great walking distance from great Village of Estes Park. Leah was amazingly helpful with suggestions for wildlife watching…. And all else. She blessed our time!Would love to go back again and again!!!

Absolutely Gorgeous

As soon as you open the front door you have the awe factor of the giant windows in the living room. The pictures do not do this house justice. We also had deer and elk visit in herds all five days. If you’re looking for a place in Estes Park look no further than this house. You will not be sorry!

Perfect place to make “Mountain Memories”

Amazing stay with our family of five. The house is beautiful - clean, stocked with amenities, room for everyone. Would be great for multiple families with an upstairs area and a downstairs area. We had about 7 elk that visited us morning and evening. Enjoyed having coffee on the deck and watching them graze. Close to downtown Estes Park and the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Hosts were wonderful and very communicative. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Rocky Mountain stay

We were needing a house that could accommodate 3 different sets of families to stay for a wedding in Estes Park and this location was perfect! It is just as described and the location was perfect! It was easy to get in and out of the area even with snowy conditions throughout our stay. The photos don't do it justice. We were able to use the grill for dinners and the hosts allowed us to have a large group over after the wedding. If you're looking for a large yet cozy place to stay in Estes, Mountain Memories is perfect!

Spring Break perfection

The house is very well thought out and full of anll the amenities you could need. Kitchen, laundry and bathrooms are all stocked with the essentials. Layout of home is fantastic for one family or could be split between 2 smaller families. Very close to town, RMNP and an hour + drive to Eldora ski resort. We had 3 feet of snow in about a 36 hour period and the driveway was plowed at least twice in that time. Instructions for every device are in a binder so working the tvs, grill, steam shower, outdoor fire pit was very easy. The attention to detail was amazing. Would highly recommend this house for your next visit to Estes Park.

Incredible Estes Park Home!

I've stayed in numerous vacation homes in Estes Park and this has to be my favorite. The home was perfect for our New Year's Eve family vacation of 6 adults and 2 kids. The house was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The views were amazing, we got to see a ton of wildlife from the back deck. The kitchen was also perfect for cooking. We'd love to stay at this home again!

Here for a wedding

Ten mule deer sleeping in the yard for most of a day certainly added enjoyment to our stay. The place reached and exceeded our expectations. Would stay here again.

My wife and I both feel very blessed to live here! We enjoy hiking and spending time outdoors especially in the summer. Also blessed to have raised our 4 kids (2 boys and 2 girls) in Estes Park! Though not over yet , we have both spent our entire careers here in Estes Park. We like to travel and just getting away to see something new. I also like meeting and getting to know new people from all over, seeing friends at a local happy hour, hiking and fly fishing. Enjoying our grandson and granddaughter makes the cut too! ....actually they probably top the list especially for Cindy!

In addition, the owners live nearby and can assist quickly if any need arises.
