The location is lovely and the site is well maintained.and very clean. It was nice to have 2 beds and 2 baths since one of us is an early riser.
We enjoyed our stay!
This place was even better in person. Very roomy, has everything you need, beds were very comfortable. Extremely clean which was huge for me. The location was perfect to get to other towns to explore. Erin was an amazing host as well.
We had a really nice time at this lovely apartment. It looks just like the pictures - only better. Really nice living area with charming decor. A kitchen with all the modern conveniences and cozy bedrooms.Erin couldn’t have been nicer. They left us wine, snacks and coffee for a special touch. We’d stay again for sure.
I booked the cottage last minute as I had a friend visiting from NY and we wanted to get away for a night. The home was incredibly cozy and warm, which was especially welcome on such a cold day. The beds were comfortable and linens were nice. The kitchen was well-equipped as was the rest of the cottage. If I could give it six stars I would!
An old friend and I made short trip up for the Tryon horse show. I had owned a house in Tryon at one time. The place lovely and peaceful..great Tryon location!
Very charming property with separate entrance. My dog was welcome. Property very clean and we loved having 2 separate bedrooms with private bathrooms. Owners left snacks and the Keurig was great. The location is very convenient to Tryon shops and stores. The owner was very friendly abd prompt with arrival information. A full kitchen has been installed now - full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and stove. Would love to stay here again!
Overall we loved our stay. Very clean…which was important to us. Great location!
All went very well. Our accommodations were perfectly laid out and very clean…which is important. We were in town for a horse show and coming in around 7or 8 in eve and leaving around 6:30 am daily. Our only complaint would be the dogs barking later in the eve and early in the morn(4:30am). We would definitely stay again. Really appreciate your comfi accommodations.
Though our stay was short, we enjoyed it. The location was not far from restaurants in town. When we got back, we watched tv in the living room area. The space is cozy and spacious at the same time! Communication with the host was great as well 🙂
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming property. Great location, set back off the main road which made for a quiet stay. Easily accessible to FENCE, downtown restaurants and stores. The hosts couldn't have been more accommodating and thoughtful. They filled the house with so many thoughtful details. We look forward to staying in the future.
We had a quick overnight stay and it was fine! Wonderful comfy sheets on the bed which led to a restful sleep. The apt was tastefully decorated and immaculate. It the perfect sot for a dog lover like myself.
The owner is very kind and the property is beautiful !! The only problem was the loud dogs upstairs, they will bark all day and all night which will keep you up if you’re a soft sleeper. I would still stay again though, the property was clean and beautiful. I would recommend staying here 💗
This rental is located close to downtown Tryon and is precious! It’s very comfortable and the hosts go out of their way to be sure your stay is perfect! I’ve stayed twice and will definitely be back!
This quaint cottage style finished ground floor was equal parts adorable and comfortable. Where do I start? The beds were soft but not too soft. Extra blankets and pillows everywhere! There's plenty of sitting space, both casual and dining. It doesn't have a full kitchen and that was perfect for us because we wanted to visit the cute restaurants in the town and surrounding areas. We still had a fridge and Keurig and the hostess left snacks and drinks! So thoughtful! It was charming and rustic, from the barn doors to the home furnishings. We came with our 7 year old daughter (who thought the place was super cool) and our pug puppy. Her bedroom was on the other side of the floor, which gave my fiance and I the privacy we wanted. We had our own bathroom and she loved her claw foot tub!
The hostess was easy to get in contact with and any small issues we had were fixed right away. They were kind and patient.
Added bonuses:
It's pet friendly, which is amazing.
The town it's in is cute and has just enough to do for a weekend getaway.
It's a half hour from Lure Lake.
Beautiful in the fall.
Loved staying in this nice and cozy little apartment near downtown Tryon! Wonderful location tucked into the woods in close proximity to Tryon and all the area has to offer! Would gladly stay again and recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay in the Tryon area!
We stayed over the 4th of July weekend so to be fair I’m not sure that fireworks weren’t to blame, but we were kept awake by the dogs in the upper house barking several times during the night. Overall property was great.
