Come and discover this pretty, freshly renovated 180m² family home located 700m from a magnificent sandy beach. Ideal for a stay with family or friends, this house can accommodate up to 10 people.

Before entering this quietly located house, discover a large garden equipped with a large terrace.

Inside, you access a large bright living room composed of the living room, the living room and an equipped kitchen open to the living room.
The ground floor is also composed of 2 separate toilets, 2 bedrooms equipped with double beds (160x200 for another bedroom and 140x190 in the other) and a bathroom with double sink and bath.
Upstairs is composed of 3 beautiful double bedrooms, one bedroom has a 160x200 bed, the other 2 bedrooms have 160x200 beds that can be split into 2 80x200 beds. Upstairs also includes a bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a bedroom equipped with a baby bed.

The house is located in a small peaceful hamlet, less than 10 minutes from all amenities. You can walk to the beach in under 10 minutes. Less than 5 minutes away is the pretty port of Portsall and magnificent sandy beaches. For hiking enthusiasts, the GR34 hiking trail runs along the entire coast and passes near the house.

For children you will also find nearby: the 3 parish priest's school (theme park), Océanopolis (one of the largest aquariums in Europe).
For the more sporty, magnificent kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddle or surfing spots are nearby. For those who play golf, you will find several nearby, including the Abers golf course.
