un logement vieillissant

Studio pratique et bien situé. On est au centre de l'ile et en face d'un leclerc. La personne qui vous accueille est charmante. En revanche le logement aurait besoin d'un coup de frais et surtout la salle de bain. Les joints sont rongés, du coup ça fuit partout...le lavabo ne s'écoule pas bien. On n'a jamais réussi à capter la télé, ça sautait tout le temps. Des petits points de détail mais pour le prix d'un hôtel, nous avons été un peu surpris. L'appart est un peu "dans son jus"...

Feenhaft verwunschen

Im Ort St. Pierre prangt als Schandfleck eine gigantische Supermarktfiliale (Leclerc); der Parkplatz allein hat die Größe eines Stadtteils, und er trennt brutal das schöne alte Schloss (Château de Bonnemie) vom Manoire de Bonnemie, einem Herrenhaus von 1897. In dessen Innenhof mieteten wir eins der drei kleinen Studios. Es war spartanisch-zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Küche ist mit zwei Kochplatten und allerlei Ausstattung gut zu nennen, Duschbad und WC sind zwei kleine getrennte Kabinette. Es fehlen Nachttischleuchten sowie eine Leuchte für die kleine Terrasse. Staubsauger und sonstiges Putzzeug hätte man lieber außerhalb des Studios gesehen, auf dem Hof wäre Platz für ein Behältnis dafür. Positiv, dass es einen Parkplatz hinter dem Haus gab. Ein WLAN hingegen existierte zwar, war aber wegen absolut mangelhafter Signalstärke nicht nutzbar. Man kann dem Manoire nur wünschen, dass es bald wieder besseren Zeiten entgegen sieht, im Augenblick erholt es sich davon, eine Crêperie gewesen zu sein und zeigt Zeichen des Verfalls.

Établissement très bien avec son charme. Un parking privé et à 100m du Leclerc. Juste quelques points à rectifier : - Robinet cuisine complètement desserré - Eau qui passe sous la porte de douche mauvais écoulement de l’eau dans le bac - Pas de lumière sur la terrasse (Partie de carte à la lumière de vélo pas facile 😜) - Manque de lampe de chevet pour les lecteurs

Niveau propreté du studio.. médiocre.. WC sale, vaisselle plein de poussière, douche avec plein de cheveux derrière les portes et sa fuit au sol... Pas très rassurant tous sa quand il faut faire le ménage en arrivant, sympa les vacances... Sinon à part la propriété le studio est bien
