Appartement vetuste, certains meubles prets a s’ecrouler, literie pas trop mal pour des lits d’appoint. Couettes et oreillers pas terribles niveau propreté, rangés dans un placard qui sent horriblement mauvais. Un minimum de renovation est necessaire quand on loue, on ne peut pas juste recolter les gains! Sinon en positif situation top a 2 pas de la mer, de la piscine, de la promenade, balcon sympa.

La location est moyenne car j ai dû nettoyer l appartement en arrivant. Les petits lits sont inconfortables car trop vieux. A remplacer..En plus sur les petits lits avaient été laissés des petites couettes non lavées je suppose aussi...Certaines assiettes pas lever correctement et certaines un peu ébrechées. Le four non lavé correctement, bref le manque de propreté de cet appartement m a refroidi en arrivant..

Agréable sans plus
Appartement petit mais pratique. Beaucoup de rangements. Suffisamment de vaisselle mais sale lors de notre arrivée en particulier les mugs. Situé au bord de l'océan alors attention au vent qui peut être violent par moment. Aucune indication du local poubelles dans le hall, après renseignement auprès du gardien il se situe au -1. Dommage que l'immeuble soit complètement excentré du centre ville. Parking un peu petit en pleine saison.
