Lake Erie views from the north side of this Lake House. First floor master suite with master bath, four bedrooms on the second floor with a full bathroom in each. Gourmet kitchen featuring a large sink, dishwasher, gas range, and large refrigerator. High speed wireless internet throughout the Lake House. Led smart TVs in each bedroom and one in the living room. Just steps from Mary's Kitchen and the rest of The Strip.

House configuration is as follows:
First Floor: One bedroom on the first floor with two XL Twin beds and attached full bath. There is a full size kitchen, a dining room that seats 7, a living room that with seating for 8, and a half bath. Second Floor: there are four bedrooms with bathrooms in each. Three bedrooms have Queen size beds, one bedroom with Full size bunk beds and a pull out trundle. Third floor Loft: the loft has a king size bed with an amazing lake view, a kitchenette with table and chairs, a small sectional, and a gorgeous bath.

Lovely, comfortable, amazing location

The Dragonfly is impeccable. So clean and astounding to have a bathroom in every bedroom. We had every bed filled and everyone in our group slept great. The kitchen is well stocked. We spent great time together as a group on the porch drinking coffee, and hit bars and restaurants to along the strip just a short walk away. 10/10 would stay again. Thank you!

Annual Winery and GOTL Visit

The property is beautiful and great for a large group. We love the location and view of the lake and enjoyed multiple days at the wineries in the area. The host has thought of everything making it very comfortable stay. We also liked the local shopping, dining and nightlife that was within walking distance.

Stunning House, Perfect Location, and Exceptional Hospitality

Pictures cannot even do justice to how incredibly beautiful this house is! Just wow!! It is the perfect location- central to everything in town, making it easy to walk everywhere. And the beach was only a few minutes away. That alone made the trip incredible. But the house itself was so gorgeous and comfortable- the host thought of everything. From the beautiful front porch and deck, to the spacious kitchen, to the amazing rooms (each with a tv and bathroom!) our family could not have been more comfortable. In addition, we were able to bring grandparents because of the lovely first floor bedroom/bathroom. It was a house that was loved by all, from children to elderly. Thank you to the host for helping create beautiful family memories!

Dragonfly at GOTL

home was just as described. right in the heart of GOTL. very clean, very large, each bedroom with its own bath. top floor is like an apartment with small galley kitchen. Sabrina thought of everything, and I mean everything. front and side porches great for sitting. large level yard great for outdoor games, fire pit with nice chairs. Mary's kitchen right next door for best breakfast in town. we will be back

We absolutely adored this house. The perfect house for a girls trip! We loved the layout and how we each had our own rooms/bathrooms to get ready! It had everything we needed and more being steps from the strip. We already cannot wait to come back for future girls trips!

Love this house!

We love staying at the Dragonfly house! Each bedroom has a full bath attached. The house is decorated beautifully and is always clean and ready when we arrive. Love the patio and firepit. The owner is great to work with. Will be staying here again!!!

Fun family getaway location

My family met in Geneva for the solar eclipse in early April, and this guesthouse was perfect for us. The house is cozy and welcoming, and it is updated and very well maintained. We cooked for almost every meal, and we enjoyed the selection of board games. No issues with TV and internet. We had nice weather, so we also took advantage of the porch, deck, grill, and firepit. We really appreciated that everyone had their own bathroom. The house has great gathering spaces but is also big enough that everyone can spread out to relax. Sabrina was very helpful and responsive with our questions on logistics. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. We were there during the off season for tourism, so some were closed—but we highly recommend Zeppe’s Pizza and Madsen Donuts. Also within walking distance is a nice trail and greenspace between Old Firehouse Winery and Lake Erie. We didn’t make it to Mary’s Kitchen, which is right next door, but based on the flow of people there, it must be great.

Dragonfly at GOTL

The house and location in Geneva on the Lake are perfect. Our group of 12 enjoyed the together time and all the separate suites. The house is well appointed and decorated very nicely as well as super clean.

Ladies Wine Weekend

This is the 3rd time we booked this property. We love the house! The host, Sabrina, is friendly and helpful. The house is very nice and always clean. Love the front porch and patio! Also 6 bedrooms each with their own bathroom is perfect for a group of ladies. So close to everything!

Fantastic home in the heart of GOTL

What a wonderful home for our family reunion! Right in the heart of Geneva on the Lake, just a short walk to anyplace on the strip (maybe a little too close to Madsen donuts....Mmmmmm) and next door to Mary's Kitchen when you need something other than donuts for breakfast. The house is lovely. We spent a lot of time on the front porch, but the side deck is great and we had smores around the firepit one evening. The bedrooms are pretty small but each has a private bath, TV, climate control. The furnishing are comfortable and attractive. The big dining room table was great for puzzles and board games and the kitchen had everything we needed. Note that being in the center of things also means being close to all the loud music from the outdoor venues. This can be a problem, especially on Saturday nights, for light sleepers. For us the inconvenience of that one night was more than offset by being close to all the things we care about for the rest of the week. This noise is an issue pretty much anywhere this close to the strip and not specific to this house. Twice I had questions for the owner and both times she responded quickly and helpfully. We would absolutely stay here again.

Fabulous!!

A huge thank you to Sabrina for an amazing week! The house is exactly as described, in fact even better. The location couldn’t be more perfect. We have two elderly family members that walking can be difficult and the location was ideal for them. My 16yo son was thrilled there was a waffle maker! First time at any rental property. We love all the amenities, from the waffle maker, to the side porch, fire pit and smart tvs in each room. I highly recommend staying in the property. You don’t be disappointed. Thank you so much for making this family vacation memorable!!

This is our second year of the dragonfly and I like it because it has the separate suites with their own bathroom and sitting area is very nice. I have a large family and my mom is 96 and we take her and hope that most feeling comes up a very enjoyable week. The house is beautiful and the hosts really spoil you with extra things and they’re very communicative. Wonderful home. We will probably do it again.

Perfect Bach House

This house was absolutely perfect. We had plenty of bathrooms for 12 girls to get ready in! The house has such cute rooms and is perfect for sharing or spreading out. The loft was perfect for the bride to be and has an extra fridge upstairs as well. Sabrina was super helpful throughout our stay and easy to contact when needed. We were able to walk every where and this was perfect for bar hopping. I cannot recommend this place more! We hope to be back for other celebrations in the future!

The house was spectacular! It was decorated beautifully and very clean. The attention to details was spot on. The host had left us some goodies and was very easy to work with and responsive. From a female perspective, having the hair turbie twists in the bathroom was a great addition. Lots of great places to eat within walking distance. We were a group of 9 friends and the house had to perfect amount of space for us all. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house!

We previously stayed here and plan on staying here again next year. That says it all! Beautiful property and Sabrina is wonderful to deal with. Definite plus with a bathroom connected to every bedroom. Beds are very comfortable and house is very well stocked.

Perfect location, lots of room

The house is located just a few steps from the main strip. The front and side porches are great for hanging out. The downstairs living room, dining room and kitchen are also very comfy, and there are lots of games to play. Bring wood for the solo fire pit. My main complaints are that the bathrooms had no towel bars, hooks or paper towel holders. Also, there are few closets and only one room on the second floor has a place to hang clothes. Some of the rooms are small so there are no end tables by the beds.
