The fully furnished apartment is located on the 3rd and top floors without an elevator. It is in the city centre, less than 50 meters from the Grosse Horloge and the Old Port, but in a quieter area! Just a 7-minute walk away, you'll find the central market, where you can enjoy a variety of fresh products, including fish and seafood!
This apartment features an open loft design with a kitchen, living room, and dining area. It has a separate bedroom with a queen-size bed. This bedroom is quiet and faces a private inner courtyard.
The kitchen is fully equipped (multifunction oven, dishwasher, coffee machine...) The apartment also includes a washer/dryer.
Additionally, the apartment has a large mezzanine (low height: 80 cm minimum, 130 cm maximum) with two single beds. The linens are of hotel quality for maximum comfort.
The bathroom contains all the essential elements you’ll need to freshen up. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided.
The apartment is always cleaned by professionals for your safety.
Please note that there is no elevator in this building.

La Rochelle is a coastal city in southwestern France and the capital of the Charente-Maritime department. It's been a centre for fishing and trade since the 12th century, a maritime tradition that's reflected in its Vieux Port (old harbour) and huge, modern Les Minimes marina. The city retains a rich architectural heritage and has an aquarium, attractive gardens and natural-history museums such as La Rochelle Aquarium and the Lantern Tower of La Rochelle, Plage de la Concurrence and Quai Du Vieux Port. Iséo and La Boussole are great restaurants and bars that will make your night out a memorable one.
You will have no trouble getting around town by car or public transport.
It is a 12-minute walk from the train station.
There is parking available at Chemin des Remparts or Esplanades parking.
Bus line 1A and 1B which stops at Grande Horloge (The great clock) and La Rochelle Railway Station are available within walking distance while La Rochelle airport is a 14-minute drive away.
This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property if our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 EUR smoking fee, at a minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
