This fully equipped and recently renovated flat in the heart of La Rochelle's historic centre will be perfect for a family or romantic getaway. A flat that combines old world charm, comfort and modernity. New and comfortable, this flat is classified as 3* furnished tourist accommodation, 100 metres from the old market and its magnificent covered market, 10 minutes walk from the old port, passing under the emblematic arcades of La Rochelle.
There is an entrance, a main room with a fully equipped living room/kitchen which will be perfect to cook your fresh products bought at the central market, just a step away from the accommodation. There is also a bedroom with quality bedding, a shower room with Italian shower, and a separate toilet. It can accommodate a couple with a baby (baby bed and high chair provided).

Sheets for the cot are not provided.

Guests will have access to the entire home!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Very quiet neighbourhood with no traffic.

From the train station, you can take the Yelo bus line 3 (direction Lagord) to Place de Verdun. The free "Esplanade des Parcs" parking is10 minute walk away, or the paid one"Place de Verdun" is 5 minute walk away.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of EUR 20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
