Unique raised ranch style beach house located on a quiet residential street in the north end of town . This quaint charmer is beautifully decorated and has everything you’ll need for your family vacation! Enjoy an early morning or evening stroll right down the street on the scenic sea wall or beautiful north end beach!

This meticulous newer home welcomes an open concept kitchen and floor plan . The preferred gathering spot seems to be the cozy living room where the fireplace compliments its space! The spacious family room with its exposed ceiling beams creates a comfortable casual sitting area perfect for family entertaining or movie night .

This home offers clean linens, towels, beach tags, beach chairs, umbrella , coffee , condiments and other details to be discussed upon renting . A 3 car driveway and plenty of offstreet parking is available . The master bedroom in the rear of the house has a king size bed , an armoire, dresser and a larger master bath with a heated hydrotherapy amazing whirlpool tub .

There are 2 other spacious bedrooms with queen beds ( 1 a bunk ) & plenty of storage . Sleeps 9 guests and offers a fenced yard , BBQ , larger outside shower, new patio furniture and a bonus basement entertainment room with ping pong table, cornhole set , 2 bikes , board games and beach toys for smaller kids .

It’s no secret that the North End of Brigantine Beach is the best spot in town! ✨

Roxy’s beach house

This house was incredible!!! It was spacious, clean, kid friendly, short walk to beach and had everything you needed. It had a fenced in back yard perfect for my toddler grandson and an amazing patio area perfect for the adults. My family thoroughly enjoyed staying here and are looking forward to future stays!!!!

Wonderful home !

My family and I totally enjoyed our stay. The house was very neat, clean, and looked just like the online photos. Our grandsons, ages 10 and 12, loved the backyard, the ping pong table and the surfboards. Also it was so nice that linens were included and the beds made when we checked in ! Highly recommend !

Great vacation home in Brigantine

Home is located on the north side of Brigantine only a block and 1/2 away from the beach. The home is well appointed and very comfortable. Just about everything you can think of was provided. Property owner goes over and above to ensure guests have what they need. A great place and I wouldn't hesitate returning.

Family beach week

Perfect location 2 blocks walk to a nice flat beach. Beautiful house equipped with everything you need from kitchen utensils to bath and beach items. Quick responsive host and easy checkin/out. You can’t go wrong here for a family beach vacation.

Brigantine 9th Street gem

We loved our stay at this lovely and well appointed home away from home. We had everything we needed to be extremely comfortable, and so well stocked. We rode bikes, took many easy walks to the beach, and hit the shops and restaurants. We made our own meals most of the time and had all the kitchen items we needed, with just a daily ride to Ernest&Sons to get the wonderful rolls! The yard is so nice, easy grilling, and a nice outdoor shower. Alas my daughters do not like the Brigantine green heads but oh well everything else was so great!!

First time in Brigantine

Although the weather could have been better, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful, clean and comfortable! Roxy checked in with us all week and prayed with us for sun! Would definitely recommend and looking forward to staying again. Thank you, Roxy!

Beautiful and well kept Vacation Home.

Rosie was so easy to communicate with and we all had a wonderful vacation at our favorite seashore location. The house was a short walk to the beach and the back yard was such a beautiful place (a picture out of Home and Garden magazine). We used toward the end of our beach day to gather together for our happy hour.

Girls week + college reunion

This fabulous home was ours for 2 weeks (end of Aug/early Sept). It allowed us to have a girls weeks (a couple of my sisters and sister-in law) and then my daughter and her college friends had a mini-college reunion in between their season of weddings. The home was wonderfully equipped and Rosie (host) was the best! We communicated so much and so easily, I felt I found a new friend. I highly recommend this home to anyone interested in the Brig!

Roxy's Rocks!

My family and I loved our stay at Roxy's! The house is beautifully designed and Rosie has everything her guests needs. We felt so welcomed and the house met our every need. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out, open kitchen made for fun family meals, close walk to beach, and beds were very comfortable. We have been renting houses in Brigantine for years and this was our favorite. We can't wait to go back!!

Another great week on Brigantine

This was our 5th year coming to Brigantine. We love staying on the North End, very quiet and the beach is so convenient. Roxy’s met our needs. Kids room was a little tight but master suite was lovely. Definitely recommend.

Gorgeous spacious property. Highly recommend

The listing pictures don’t do it justice. The space is much larger in person and beautiful. It was also perfect for my 3 and one year old with no to minimal child proofing required. The walk to the beach was quick. The neighborhood is very, very quiet. Rosie is an excellent host, very attentive and quick to respond. We had a wonderful week stay.

Great week

The house was ready when promised with everything we needed. The layout was perfect. The open kitchen has plenty of room for everyone to help and gather. We were a short little walk to the beach. Luckily, the weather was amazing for our stay. The private back yard was great. There is plenty of parking as well. Rosie and Joe were extremely helpful. They checked in to see how our stay was going, if we needed anything, and offered suggestions of places to go in the area. Thanks for a great week guys!

Family Vacation

Our experience could not have been better. Right from my first payment to our last day at the house, our hostess was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions via email or text within minutes. Great beach house!!

Had a great experience staying at this property. It was in a great location. The house was clean, well kept, and updated. It felt like home and our family had a great time. Rosy is a great host who was quick to answer all messages. She made sure we had everything that we needed and gave great suggestions for for what to do where to eat locally. We would defiantly stay here again!

Brigantine Beach House

We had a wonderful time at Rosie's place. First she was a wonderful host, incredibly responsive and helpful. The house was very nice, clean, and large. It had everything we needed for cooking and to go to the beach. Great spot for a family or group of friends. We had never been to Brigantine beach, it was definitely a quiet little spot very close to the bay and a nice surf fishing spot. The were not too many restaurants or dinner options in Brigantine but it was a short drive to Atlantic City. But overall would definitely recommend this VRBO property.

Beautiful Beach House!

Roxy’s beach house is awesome. Beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable, and everything we needed for a great stay was provided. Short walk to the beach, golf course right around the corner, and Atlantic City and the outlets very close by. Very pretty and quiet neighborhood. Our family had a great time in Brigantine!
