Crescent Keyes 707 is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath oceanfront condo with a tremendous oceanfront view. The spacious living area has a 50 inch flat screen TV (with WiFi and Roku), a new queen sleeper sofa, and charging port. The bedroom has a king bed, new Stearns and Foster mattress, and a 50 inch flat screen TV. The bathroom has a soak tub and shower combination. The dining area, kitchen, and washer/dryer complete this beautiful condo. This unit is carpet-free. Unit 707 comfortably sleeps 4.

Crescent Keyes is a 14-story building with covered parking, elevators, an indoor pool, 2 lazy rivers, 2 hot tubs, a fitness room that overlooks the ocean and pools, and a 56 ft. beach front swimming pool. There are 2 kiddie pools; one on the ground floor and another on the 6th floor courtyard. The 6th floor courtyard also has a sun deck, hot tub, and lazy river.

Crescent Keyes is conveniently located in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach and surrounded by shopping, dining, and entertainment. Just a few minutes away are the popular tourists' favorites of Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach. Enjoy dining at your favorite restaurant or try a new unique meal at one of the many that will soon be on that favorites list. Shop at some of the unique shops to pick up a great beach souvenir. Carolina Opry, Alabama Theater, House of Blues, and Pirates Voyage are ready to entertain your entire family! Visit WonderWorks, Broadway Grand Prix, Alligator Adventure, Ripley's Aquarium, Family Kingdom Amusement Park, and more! We loved the ocean and the lazy river. Place just as pictured. Washer, dryer, dishwasher all work well. There is a hair dryer in the bathroom and the garbage chute is across the hall. Recycling is on the south side of the building. Balcony is beautiful. Elevators are fast.

Condo was great!! Clean place with a GREAT view. Facilities were top notch. Loved the lazy river for sure. If your looking for a quite place to relax and unwind, this is the place. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was VERY clean, as was the entire facility. All of the appliances are very up to date and the shower pressure was on point. Gorgeous veiw, not a super crowded spot, really it was just perfect. Clean, safe, beautiful!

The condo was as described and was very clean. We did have a great time. I wish the bedroom had two bed side tables it is an inconvenience for two. We also noticed that there was no air filter in the air intake in the dinning room.. I would stay again. The Parrish Family

Property and features were as listed and comfortable for two of us. We enjoyed our stay and would return to this property. Property luggage carts at the property were scarce at check in and check out. It appears renters may keep them in units the night before.

Clean place. Comfy Matress. Great hot water & water pressure. Loved the washer/dryer in unit. Beautiful View. Enjoyed the pool & hot tub outside. Rooftop pools and tubs were not operational & neither was one of the outdoor hot tubs. But it still was not over crowded. It wasnt obvious were to dispose of trash and checking in on site would have been prefered. But the checkin location was not too far away and was easy. Outside dropbox for keys. We would stay again.
