BON EMPLACEMENT
l'appartement est bien situé avec une belle vue, il est spacieux, mais l'électroménager est d'un autre temps ainsi que le mobilier d'autre part la vaisselle n'était pas très propre. Sinon avons eu un problème avec le réfrigérateur mais l'agence a été très réactive et l'a remplacé?

Un peu vetuste
L'appartement correspond aux photos en ligne, quelques travaux de peinture et de décoration sont a envisager il me semble. La literie commence à donner des signes de fatigue. En arrivant dans l'appartement le hall d'entrée est propre. Il y avait ce que nous souhaitions dans l'appartement et le nécessaire pour pouvoir passer une semaine à 5, nous avons passé un bon séjour, la vue est top, la proximité des pistes est réelle et des commodités. Nous y avons passé une très bonne semaine. Merci

Fijne locatie maar smerig
De hygiëne liet zwaar te wensen over. In de kasten stonden vuile borden. Er stond een ketel met een laag aangebrande spinazie. Er lagen over het hele appartement glasscherven over de grond en er was geen stofzuiger/bezem waarmee we dit zelf konden opruimen. De tapijttegels in het gehele appartement waren plakkerig. We hebben voorgaande jaren hetzelfde appartement geboekt en toen was dit niet het geval dus ik hoop dat dit een incident was. Wel was duidelijk dat er geen eindschoonmaak had plaats gevonden.

Gammele verwaarloosde vakantiewoning
In het werkelijk schitterende skigebied Trois Vallees ben je snel geneigd alles voor lief te nemen: de lokatie is perfect, de entree is netjes verzorgd en wordt dagelijks schoongemaakt. De lift is echter een gok: gaat ie wel of gaat ie niet? Het appartement is eigenlijk een belediging: met zijn 4-en in een 6-persoonsappartement is al superkrap. Maar dat wisten we . De toilet bleef doorlopen na spoelen, de douche had geen haak > je moest zelf de sproeikop vasthouden, de huiskamerverwarming deed het niet, er was geen afzuiging in de badkamer, de stofzuiger was een bouwpakket dat niet functioneerde, het tafelkleed zat vol scheuren, de vaatwasser handgreep was afgebroken etc etc. We hebben alles netjes gemeld en er is goed op gereageerd. Dat een organisatie een huis in deze staat durft te verhuren voor dit bedrag is feitelijk een blamage.
