L’appartement est dans un mauvais état. Une rénovation quasiment complète doit être faite pour le bien des locataires. Dans une belle station comme Val Thorens, c’est très dommage d’avoir un appartement comme celui-ci. Moquettes tachées due à une ancienne inondation, meuble cassé ou abîmé, lit à moitié cassé, baignoire abîmé, etc…

l'appartement est spartiate, équipement minimum et mal insonorisé. On profite des voisins et de la rue ! Cela étant dit, il est proche des pistes et des commerces ce qui est un plus. Service Interhome impeccable

Great location, shame about state of apartment!
Good points: ideally located close to ski slopes, shops etc. Not far to walk anywhere. Bad points: Cooker/grill thing worked occasionally as power button broken; bathroom light not working so a bedside light had been plugged in there - nice danger of electrocution! bath overflows onto carpet and soaks it if reaches the overflow part instead of going down the pipes; v. noisy this year every single night - both up and down street and in apartment block itself (fine last year, to be fair); lying in bath wondered what gross smell was, discovered shower curtain stank of urine - had to disinfect it...; only one duvet cover provided, despite my paying for bed linen - they said didn't have enough, when I queried it, so had given us another sheet instead; very lumpy cheap comfortable pillows; kitchen light flickers on and off. The list could go on. Last year I didn't mind so much as it was cheaper, and more things worked. I can really see that no-one bother to spend any money maintaining this place, yet must make a reasonable bit of money out of it every week. I was not impressed. Could be much better if they spent a small amount of money doing up little things around the place. Shame they haven't! Would go back purely because location is good when I go alone with my young son. Makes my life much easier.
