Tranquil home in heart of Rancho Mirage

Located in the gated community of Presidential Estates in luxurious Rancho Mirage. Easy golf cart access to Mission Hills Country Club. Less than 4 minute cart ride. This 2,300 sq. ft. home has 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Bathrooms, open Living Room with soaring 2 story high cathedral ceilings, open wet bar, gas log fireplace, and is situated on one of the best interior 1/4 acre lots in the complex. Expansive U-Shaped backyard accessing to lighted Tennis Courts, Pool, Spa, and Clubhouse. As you will notice, our rates are more reasonable for a few reasons. Mainly because we are new to VRBO and want constructive advise. Not bad reviews.

Perfect Vacay

Highly recommend! We stayed for a month and enjoyed every day. Owner is super responsive, neighbors are friendly, community pool and spa are clean. Kitchen is well equipped and beds are comfortable. Our dog and grandkids loved the grassy backyard and the patio is perfect for morning coffee!

A quaint friendly neighborhood

The weather was exceptionally nice, which had us using the patio AM and PM. A fairly dated house but everything was functional and plenty of kitchen ware. Very nice yard and private for us and our dogs. Pool was very close, neighbors were very friendly. It was a lovely break from our cold northern home.

Wonderful Winter Getaway!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our winter getaway to this great property in Rancho Mirage. Spacious home in a great location with many amenities. The kitchen was well equipped, and there were plenty of clean linens throughout. We loved the close proximity of the pool and hot tub. Out little dog was safe in the enclosed back yard and had plenty of room to explore. Easy check in and out procedure. The host was quick to respond with any question I had during the reservation process and during our stay. We loved all of the great restaurants and golf courses too.

Spacious desert living

We really enjoyed our stay in this comfortable quiet neighborhood in Rancho Mirage. The house has a great 70s period vibe (love the golden wallpaper) but with all the functional modern necessities. Its central location gave easy access to all desert activities (great hiking, golf, restaurants etc...). As a bonus, right next to the house is the neighborhood pool with jacuzzi and tennis courts with stunning mountain views. A great spot for morning coffee and evening relaxing -- especially since we were the only ones using them! The owners are super friendly and very responsive to all our inquiries. This is a great spot for families and our grand-dog loved the yard too. Highly recommend!

Peaceful

We really enjoyed ourselves here. It was our first time travelling with our dogs. The yard was great for them and very secure. We were only steps from the pool and hot tub. Most times we were there by ourselves. Daniel was always very helpful and responded to any inquiries in a timely matter

Beautiful, quiet home in Rancho Mirage

Excellent location. This home has lots of character and was a great place to spend a couple of weeks. Hosts are very attentive and responsive.

Spacious, spotless, and perfectly serene

We had a wonderful experience staying in this lovely, beautifully manicured, quiet neighborhood. Hard to believe you are just minutes from Palm Springs’ greatest attractions - downtown, the shops at El Paseo, the zoo/gardens, endless restaurants, golf courses, and bountiful hiking, walking, and biking trails. The house is nicely appointed, the kitchen has everything you need for an extended stay, and the three bathrooms and two extra bedrooms are perfect for guests or kids. Best of all, our little dachshund was welcome and enjoyed a large, enclosed grassy backyard. The complex pool and tennis courts are just steps away and we pretty much had them to ourselves. Our host, Daniel, was awesome. He responded right away, arranged to extend our stay (you’ll want to, too) and even surprised us with a new gas grill on the patio! 
We couldn’t be happier with our stay, and feel so fortunate to have found a fabulous home. Will definitely be coming back☺️
