Close to beaches and easy access to major Routs-1-A,1, & 4. Walk to the river beach with boat launch access. Beautiful kayaking on the Narrow River to Narragansett Town Beach or up the river to the wildlife refuge and bird sanctuary. Located in a safe, quiet neighborhood that is great for running and walking. Bike ride 3 miles to the beach. It is a short drive over the bridge to historical Newport Mansions, theater, fine dining, art galleries, and boutique shopping. The URI Bay campus is within walking distance, and the main campus is less than a 15-minute drive.
