3-room house 70 m2 on 3 levels. Beautiful and rustic furnishings: living/dining room 25 m2 with veranda with TV and flat screen. Exit to the garden. Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: 1 open room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 2nd upper floor: 1 open room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). Large garden. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (3). View of the garden. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Reserved parking (2 cars). Wunderbares Haus in Roscanvel
Ein schönes Haus mit traumhaften Garten, perfekt für einen Urlaub mit Hund. Die wunderschöne Gegend lädt zum Wandern und Radfahren ein. In der Nachbarschaft befindet sich eine Creperie und ein kleiner Supermarkt mit Bar. Sehr netter Vermieter! Einziger Kritikpunkt ist das Bett, dieses müsste erneuert werden.

Sehr schöne Lage aber etwas voll und nicht sehr Sauber.
Das Haus sieht Super aus, die Lage ist auch sehr gut. Es hat eine sehr schöne Garten. Drinnen gibt es drei Stockwerke ohne Türe (das hat uns nicht gestört). Das Haus ist etwas vollgemullt mit Sachen und Krimskrams. Sicherlich zum Teil gut gemeint, aber zu viel. Auch in der Küche sind die vorherige Töpfe und Besteck auch noch vorhanden. Die sind alt und in schlechte Zustand und hätten auch entsorgt werden können. Vielleicht auch deswegen ist es leider nicht sehr Sauber. Man sollte nicht in den Ecken schauen. Obwohl der Garten sehr gut gepflegt und Wunderschön ist, gibt es auch da eine Müllecke. Wir haben selber angefangen erst Mal sauber zu machen und vieles im Schuppen außerhalb zu lagern. Dann ging es auch. Es hatte aber noch viel besser und schöner sein können mit etwas mehr Fantasie und Einsatz. Die Eigentümer (Ehepaar) sind sehr nett und freundlich und haben bei Probleme auch sofort reagiert.

Die Wahl dieser Unterkunft wurde u.a. bestimmt durch die im Januar noch nicht absehbare Corona-Entwicklung, aber auch durch die Originalität des Angebots. Wohnen in einem Pigeonnier mit riesigem Garten und Parkgelände ist schon etwas Besonderes, und das haben wir sehr genossen ! Unglaubliche Ruhe,draußen viele Sitz- und Liegegelegenheiten und eine Einrichtung , die nichts vermissen lässt. Geräte, Besteck, Geschirr, heißes Wasser, alles vorhanden. Was soll es, wenn das Bett mal knackt.

Très belle découverte !
Séjour en famille de 4 jours et 3 nuits au Pigeonnier. Endroit charmant, avec un joli jardin. Location bien équipée & très fonctionnelle. Décoration de bon goût, typique de la région. Seul bémol : la qualité de la literie à améliorée. Village & alentours à couper le souffle. Bon accueil des propriétaires. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir au Pigeonnier & le conseillons sans hésiter.

Un accueil chaleureux avec de bons conseils de balades, d'offres de restauration à emporter compte tenu de la situation et de poissons et crustacés. Des échanges en botanique également très riches, un parc superbe même en hiver. A refaire au printemps. Je recommande.

La casa è molto bella,nella camera al secondo piano sembra di essere in una favola...la cucina è ben equipaggiata,il bagno è un po' da rinnovare ma nel complesso è veramente una casa molto particolare! bellissimo il giardino, posizione strategica.

Liebenswert und etwas besonderes
Eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre in diesem alten Türmchen, welches vor langer Zeit wohl einmal eine Mühle war. Sehr ruhig, ein schöner Garten und ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Umgebung mit dem Fahrrad. Ausgestattet mit allem, was man als Selbstversorger benötigt. Das Bad ist etwas einfach, aber sauber und es gibt bauartbedingt keine abgeschlossenen Zimmer, was für uns nicht relevant war.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus in einer ehemaligen Mühle hat ein bisschen Rapunzel-Charme. Herzliche uns hilfsbereite Gastgeber! Das Haus ist reichlich ausgestattet. Das Bad ist etwas beengt und dunkel, dafür ist das Wohnzimmer umso heller und hat Zugang zu einem großzügigen und wunderschönen Garten. Insgesamt empfehlenswert.
