This place is great value and superb location. Includes covered parking. (Make sure you get Hard Plastic Parking Pass from owner, otherwise security will give you a hard time for illegally parking).Gym/Hot tub area is 7 min walk and is excellent. Will stay here again.
Located right in the village, great communication with easy access and stress free stay. Well stocked room with extra linens, pillows, bathroom products, fridge, etc.
Forceful renting contract signingNot responsive and sluggishNo courtesy nor warning on afternoon parking on checkout dayThe carpet is dirtyThis property is old and rundownLocation is goodRelatively cleanWell maintainedWon’t stay again - lack of communication is not bearable
From the moment we opened the door, we could see snow on the balcony our kids eyes lit up. We immediately headed straight to the back only to find the view of the village all lit up with Christmas lights people walking by with hot coco. It was conveniently located right in front of restaurants and convenience store. I would come back and stay again and again.
This is a great place to stay if you’re snowboarding at north Star for the weekend! Super convenient location to the gondola and close to the Provisions store where we like getting coffee in the morning and beers after a long day. Its nothing fancy but has the things we need for a great weekend on the mountain. Kristin was very quick to respond to the question I had during our stay. Check in/check out instructions were very clear- we had no issues during our stay here!
Location is great. Property needs a lot of TLC. No bath mat. No filters or cups for the coffee. Closet door was broken
It has so much potential, but unfortunately, it appears they don't really care much about the place.

one star
I think Motel 6 has better amenities, no lotion, no tissue, towels that have been used, and re used falling apart. bathroom fan loud enough to wake up entire building. Coffee maker, but no coffee. In todays world, this is worse than a motel 6, at a price that should at the very least have tissue paper and lotion. Unacceptable.
Perfect place to stay for a quick trip to Northstar Ski Resort. Very nice balcony overlooking the village area and super close to dining, Starbuck’s, and the lifts. The room had two queen beds with plenty of space for our luggage. Would definitely stay here again.

Decent stay at a great resort
The room was okay with some minor issues like the toilet flapper not working properly. The room is dated but was satisfactory for a weekend stay. Overall was okay but the location made up for it.

Great location, but room really needs an update and maintenance
The locations great. Its right in the northstar village, and everything is walking distance. The recreation center, while not fully open, had 1 hot tub open and the lap pool which was a nice way to end the day.
The room, however, really needs an update. We were happy to find a pet friendly room, but there were so many carpet stains that it made the place feel unclean and outdated. The shower head was clogged so only half of the water flowed, and the sink had a constant drip. I think the difference between just okay, to poor rating was the incredibly uncomfortable old school spring mattresses. They were in bad shape. I am a very small adult, but the bed totally sank, leaving me with the worst back ache. Second day and on, I slept on the stained carpeted floor. The photos show modern, fresh linens..but it was not. It was old, outdated linens that were scratchy and felt cheap, not to mention an overly perfumed detergent that was used. I felt like little things could have elevated the room like perhaps quality linens, towels (amazon basic towels that were scratchy), better pillows that pillows that felt like they were a decade old and flopped and were useless.
