25m² studio composed of a bright living room with a 140cm wardrobe bed and a 140cm convertible sofa, a television and air conditioning, opening onto a terrace with sea view, facing west, with garden furniture and sunbathing. A fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge/top, microwave, oven, 2-burner hob and a bar, open to the living room. A bathroom with toilet and washing machine. Direct access to the beach and the center commercial Furnished and equipped for 4 people.
Downtown 20min walk. Close to the marina, Luna park and the Espiguette beach. Come and discover the many tourist and fun water activities available to you in Grau du Roi and its surroundings. 6 km away, you can discover the pretty village of Aigues-Mortes and its ramparts and visit the Salins du Midi. As well as the city of La Grande Motte.

Two separate deposit checks must be given to us on the day of your arrival (€400 deposit for the apartment and €100 cleaning deposit), not cashed and destroyed after your stay.
