Accommodation:
BOUCANET - RIVE DROITE - Quiet Area - In a quiet and secure residence 2 steps from the beach and 1km from the Town Center. On the 4th and last floor without elevator, a very bright 32m² studio composed of a living room with a 120cm double sofa bed, a pull-out bed for 2 people and a TV, opening onto an 8m² loggia with a magnificent view of the sea, not overlooked. An equipped kitchen (Microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine), a bathroom with a toilet. A private storeroom at the bottom of the building and a bicycle storage room are at your disposal. Furnished and equipped for 4 people. Animals are not allowed (except category A).

- Cleaning: 44€ Studio
Two separate deposit checks must be given to us on the day of your arrival (€400 deposit for the apartment and €100 cleaning deposit), not cashed and destroyed after your stay.
Keys are handed over at the agency.
