On the 3rd floor without lift, very nice p2 of 31m² bright with magnificent view of the channel and the sea consisting of a living room with a sofa bed 120cm, a television and wifi, an equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher , fridge/freezer, hob, oven). A bedroom with a 140cm double bed all opening onto a large 19m² loggia with a 160cm trundle bed and a dining room, with large 6-leaf bay window allowing the loggia to be opened over its entire length. A bathroom with washing machine and a separate toilet.
Furnished and equipped for 5/6 people.
You can take full advantage of the promenade along the beach going to the Thalassotherapy center via the Plage Sud shopping centre.

Two separate deposit checks must be given to us on the day of your arrival (€400 deposit for the apartment and €100 cleaning deposit), not cashed and destroyed after your stay.
